”डिजाईन ए स्टाम्प” प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से बच्चों में निहित रचनात्मकता को उकेरने का प्रयास

दादा-दादी का साथ भला किसे नहीं भाता। उनकी बातें, उनकी कहानियाँ और भी न जाने  क्या-क्या। इसे लेकर हर बच्चे की अपनी कल्पनाएँ होती हैं कि दादा-दादी के साथ को कैसे खूबसूरत और यादगार बनाया जाय। और जब मौका इन्हें पेंटिंग के रूप में चित्रित करने का हो तो कैनवास पर कई तरह के रंग उभर कर आते हैं। डाक विभाग द्वारा 16 नवम्बर 2013 को आयोजित “डिजाईन ए स्टाम्प” प्रतियोगिता में ”एक दिन अपने दादा-दादी के साथ” विषय पर बच्चों ने पेंटिंग में ऐसे ही रंग बिखेरे।  

कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ करते हुए इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएं कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा  कि आज की पीढी काफी रचनात्मक है और हर जगह अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना चाहती है। शिक्षा के साथ-साथ साहित्य, कला, संस्कृति के तमाम आयामों को भावाभिव्यक्ति देते ये बच्चे ही भविष्य कि सुनहली तकदीर गढेंगे। यही कारण है कि डाक विभाग वर्ष 1998 से यह आयोजन करवा रहा है और इसके माध्यम से बाल दिवस पर जारी होने वाले डाक टिकटों के प्रति बच्चों एवं विद्यार्थियों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाती है ।

       इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएं श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि इस प्रतियोगिता में इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र में कुल 312 बच्चों ने भाग लिया, जिनमे इलाहाबाद में 23, प्रतापगढ़ में 60, जौनपुर में 68, वाराणसी में 112 व मिर्जापुर में 49 प्रतिभागी बच्चे  शामिल हैं।  इलाहाबाद  में कुल 21 स्कूलों के बच्चों ने प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लिया, जिनमे महर्षि पतंजलि विद्या मंदिर, केंद्रीय विद्यालय न्यू कैंट, सेण्ट मेरी स्कूल, सेंट जोसफ स्कूल, सेंट एंथोनी स्कूल, ब्वायज हाई स्कूल, गर्ल्स हाई स्कूल, टैगोर पब्लिक स्कूल, राजकीय बालिका इंटर कालेज, सेन्ट्रल अकेडमी झूंसी, ज्वाला देवी इंटर कालेज, विष्णु भगवान् पब्लिक स्कूल, वशिष्ट वात्सल्य पब्लिक स्कूल इत्यादि शामिल हैं। सभी विद्यार्थियों को तीन समूहों में विभाजित किया गया - कक्षा 4 तक के विद्यार्थी, कक्षा 5 से कक्षा 8 तक के विद्याथी एवं कक्षा 9 से कक्षा 12 तक के विद्यार्थी । 

 निदेशक श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि इन सभी प्रविष्टियों का मूल्यांकन रीजनल स्तर पर करने के बाद तीनों वर्गों में श्रेष्ठ प्रविष्टि को निदेशालय स्तर पर राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में शामिल करने हेतु परिमंडलीय कार्यालय लखनऊ भेजा जायेगा और  सभी श्रेणियों में प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय स्तर पर क्रमशः 10,000, 6,000 एवं 4,000 रुपए के तीन-तीन पुरस्कार राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर दिये जायेगें । राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चुनी गयी पुरस्कृत प्रविष्टियों के आधार पर ही अगले वर्ष बाल दिवस पर डाक टिकट, प्रथम दिवस आवरण एवं मिनियेचर शीट इत्यादि का प्रकाशन किया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर स्कूली बच्चों, शिक्षकों व अभिभावकों ने फिलाटेलिक डिपाजिट अकाउंट खोलने में भी रूचि दिखाई जिसके तहत उन्हें हर माह घर बैठे डाक टिकटें प्राप्त हो सकेंगी।

Children make painting on ‘A day with my Grand Parents’ for Postal Stamp design

Everyone love company of Grand Parents. Everybody has his world of imaginations to make the love of Grand parents more memorable and beautiful, and when they get a chance to paint these imaginations, a number of colors come out on canvass. Many such colors scattered in the “Design a stamp” competition organized by Department of Posts on  16rd of November, 2013 on the topic ‘A day with my Grand Parents’.

On this occasion Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav, Director Postal Services, Allahabad Region said that Young generation is very creative and energetic and we have to make effort to flow it into positive way. This Design a stamp competition is the fantastic way to involve the participation of Children. It’s not only the competition but also a mean of putting the generations together.  Department of Post has been organizing Stamp design competition since 1998 and the participation of children and students to design the postage stamp is ensured by this activity. 

Mr. Yadav told that total 312 children participated in Allahabad Region, out of which 23 in Allahabad, 60 in Pratapgarh, 68 in Jaunpur, 49 in Mirjapur and 112 in Varanasi. In Allahabad children of 21 schools participated in the competition, which include participants from Saint Anthony Girls Inter College, Boys High School, Girls High School, Saint Joseph School, Meri Lucas School, GGIC, MMD Inter College, Swami Vivekanand Inter College, Jwala Devi Saraswati Vidyamandir, VashisthVatsalya Public School, Maharshi Patanjali Vidya Mandir, Central School New cantt , etc. All the participants were divided in three categories- Students of up to class 4th, Students from class 5th to 8th and students from class 9th to 12th.

Director Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav told that all these entries will be evaluated at Regional level and best entry from all three categories will be send Circle office, Lucknow for further submission to Directorate for inclusion in National level competition. First, second and third winners from all three categories  will be awarded cash prizes of Rs. 10000, 6000 and 4000 respectively at National level. On the basis of winning entries at national level Postage Stamps, First Day Covers and Miniature sheets will be published next year on the occasion of Children’s Day. On this occasion children, teachers and guardians showed their intrest in opening Philatelic Deposit Account under which they will receive Philatelic Postage  Stamps each month at their home.

आखिर डाक टिकटों पर भी आ ही गए सचिन तेंदुलकर

जीवित होते हुए डाक-टिकटों पर आने का  भारत में विरले लोगों को ही सम्मान मिला है। आज 14 नवम्बर, 2013 को इस कड़ी में एक नाम जुड़ गया मास्टर ब्लास्टर सचिन तेंदुलकर का, जब उनके 200 वें टेस्ट मैच को यादगार बनाने के लिए भारतीय डाक विभाग ने दो स्मारक डाक टिकट जारी किए। 20 रूपये मूल्य वर्ग में जारी ये प्रत्येक दोनों डाक टिकट 30.1 लाख की  संख्या में मुद्रित हो रहे हैं, ताकि उनके चाहने  वाले इसे यादगार रूप में सहेज कर रख सकें। इसके साथ 24.1 लाख मिनिएचर शीट और 16 .1 लाख शीटलेट्स भी मुद्रित कराई जा रहे हैं।  पर अभी ये डाक टिकट पाने के लिए थोडा इंतज़ार करना होगा, आखिर इतनी ज्यादा संख्या में जो छाप रहे हैं। इन्हें फेज्ड  मैनर में विभिन्न फिलेटलिक ब्यूरोज में उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।

Postal Department issued commemorative postage stamp on Children’s day

Keeping the tradition of last years, Department of Posts has issued a commemorative postage stamp, on Children’s day, 14^th November, 2013 to make the Children’s day memorable for the Children. Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav, Director Postal Services of Allahabad Region told that this Postage Stamp issued on Children’s Day is depicted on winning entries selected from the of “Design a stamp” competition organized by the Department of Posts every year.

Director Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav further said that Children’s day, which is celebrated on Birth Anniversary of Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, is a tribute to childhood and it is a festival of zeal and enthusiasm. Children’s day is to remind all young and adults about children’s right to enjoy their childhood without any restrictions and to be an educated grown-up in future. The values and disciplines learned as a child are imperative for the kind of person one becomes. This Postage Stamp is based on the same theme.

Director Mr. Yadav told that this stamp, issued on the theme for last year’s ‘Design a stamp’ competition ‘Holiday’, has been issued in the denominations of Rs. 5/-. and 8.1 lakh stamps have been printed at India Security Press, Nasik by wet offset printing process. These Postage Stamps will be made available at the Philatelic Bureaus of Allahabad and Varanasi along with all Philatelic Bureaus and Philatelic Counters across the country. First day cover and information brochure have also been issued along with postage stamps.

बाल दिवस पर डाक विभाग ने जारी किया डाक टिकट

बाल दिवस को यादगार बनाने हेतु प्रतिवर्ष की भांति इस बार भी भारतीय डाक विभाग द्वारा बालमन के अनुरूप 14 नवम्बर 2013 को एक स्मारक डाक टिकट जारी किया। इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएं श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि यह डाक टिकट प्रत्येक वर्ष डाक विभाग द्वारा आयोजित ’’डाक टिकट का डिजायन तैयार करें’’ प्रतियोगिता के आधार पर चयनित श्रेष्ठ पेंटिंग के आधार पर बनाया गया है। 

निदेशक डाक सेवाएं श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि चाचा नेहरू की जंयती के रूप में मनाया जाने वाला ’’बाल दिवस’’ बचपन के उत्साह और उमंग का उत्सव है। बाल दिवस हर बच्चे एवं बड़े को यह स्मरण कराने का दिवस है कि बच्चों को पूरी उन्मुक्तता के साथ बिना किसी बंधन के अपने बचपन को जीने और भविष्य में एक शिक्षित नागरिक बनने का अधिकार है। बाल्यावस्था में सीखे गए मूल्य और अनुशासन ही आगे चलकर हमारे व्यक्तित्व का आधार बनते हैं। इसी आधार पर यह डाक टिकट जारी किया गया है। 

श्री यादव ने बताया कि पिछले वर्ष डाक विभाग द्वारा आयोजित डाक टिकट डिजाइन प्रतियोगिता के आधार पर ’’अवकाश’’ थीम पर आधारित 5/- रूपये मूल्य वर्ग के इस डाक टिकट को भारत प्रतिभूति मुद्रणालय, नासिक द्वारा वेट आॅफसेट प्रक्रिया से 8.1 लाख की संख्या में मुद्रित किया गया है। यह डाक टिकट इलाहाबाद व वाराणसी स्थित फिलेटलिक ब्यूरो के साथ-साथ देश भर के सभी फिलेटलिक ब्यूरो व फिलेटलिक कांउटर्स पर उपलब्ध होगा। इसके साथ प्रथम आवरण व विवरिणका भी जारी की गयी है।

यदि आप चाहते हैं कि आपकी बनाई हुई पेंटिंग डाक टिकट के रूप में जारी हो तो यह अवसर लेकर आया है डाक विभाग। डाक विभाग देशव्यापी स्तर पर ‘‘स्टैम्प डिजाइन‘‘ प्रतियोगिता करवा रहा है जिसमें सर्वश्रेष्ठ पेंटिंग को अगले वर्ष बाल दिवस पर डाक टिकट के रूप में जारी किया जायेगा। इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएं कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि डाक विभाग वर्ष 1998 से यह आयोजन करवा रहा है और इसके माध्यम से डाक टिकटों के प्रति बच्चों एवं विद्यार्थियों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाती है ।

निदेशक डाक सेवाएं, इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र, श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने आगे बताया कि इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के सभी डाक मण्डलों में उक्त प्रतियोगिता 16 नवम्बर 2013 दिन शनिवार को प्रातः 1100 बजे आयोजित होगी। यह प्रतियोगिता इलाहाबाद प्रधान डाकघर, वाराणसी प्रधान डाकघर, प्रतापगढ़ प्रधान डाकघर, जौनपुर प्रधान डाकघर, मिर्जापुर प्रधान डाकघर एवं गाजीपुर प्रधान डाकघर में आयोजित की जाएगी। इसके लिए संबंधित मण्डलों के प्रवर अधीक्षक डाकघर व प्रधान डाकघरों के सीनियर पोस्टमास्टर के पास 13 नवम्बर 2013 तक स्कूलों व विद्यार्थियों द्वारा नामांकन भेजा जा सकता है।

Paint 'A day with my Grand Parents' for ticket to posterity

If you desire that your painting be issued in the shape of Postage stamp, Department of Posts is affording an opportunity. The stamp design competition is being organized at National level by the Department of Posts in which the best painting will be issued in the shape of postage stamps on Children Day next year. Mr Krishna Kumar Yadav, Director Postal Services, Allahabad Region said that Department of Post has been organizing Stamp design competition since 1998 and the participation of children and students to design the postage stamp is ensured by this activity.

Director Postal Services, Allahabad Region Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav told that the subject prescribed for this year's design a stamp is 'A day with my Grand Parents'. The design could be in ink water colour, oil colour or any other medium. Participants are free to use drawing paper, art paper or any other type of paper. The participants are to make an original design on this subject. Mr. Yadav further added that there will be three groups of participant's viz. upto Class IV standard, Class V to VIII standard and Class IX to XII standard and accordingly there will be three levels of prize for all categories. The prize wining design in each category will be considered for use on stamps and other philatelic material. The prize money for all categories will be worth Rs. 10,000/-, 6,000/- and 4,000/- for first, second and third respectively. Mr. Yadav said that The prize winning entries at National level are likely to be chosen for designing the postage stamp, first day cover and miniature sheet.

Further Director Mr. K.K. Yadav said that this competition will be held on 16th November  2013 at 1100 hrs. on Saturday in divisional head quarters of  Allahabad Region. This competition will be organized in Allahabad Head Post Office, Varanasi Head Post Office, Pratapgarh Head Post Office and Jaunpur Head Post Office, Mirzapur Head Post Office and Ghazipur Head Post Office. Nomination of students can be sent to the concerned Sr. Supdt. of Post Offices and Sr. Postmasters latest by 13^th November 2013.

Commemorative Postage stamp on Boys High School, Allahabad on 5th Nov. 2013

Department of Posts have issued Commemorative Postage stamps on various institutions and personalities related to Allahabad from time to time. Now a new name will be added to this list on 5^th November, 2013. Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav, Director Postal Services, Allahabad Region told that Department of Posts will issue commemorative postage stamp on 5^th November, 2013 on Boys’ High School, Allahabad for its contribution in the field of education. Earlier Department of Posts has issued Commemorative Postage Stamp on Anglo Bengali Inter College on 23^rd December, 2002 also.

It is worthwhile to mention here that Boys’ High School, Allahabad was established on 5^th November, 1861. Alumnus of this school have carved out a niche for themselves in a number of fields including judiciary, executive, legislative, defense forces, and cinema. Personalities like super star of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan are from this school. This postage stamp will be released by Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh Mr. B. L. Joshi on 05^th November, 2013 in the premises of Boys High School, Allahabad.

Director, Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav said that this postage stamp will be released in the denominations of rupees 5 along with First Day Cover and information brochure. Information about the college will be printed in the Information brochure. Philatelists and people with interest in postage stamps may get these stamps with special cancellation on 5^th November itself, and preserve it for their collection. Besides this, this stamp will be made available in Philatelic Bureaues across the country.

ब्वायज हाई स्कूल, इलाहाबाद पर 5 नवम्बर को जारी होगा डाक टिकट

 इलाहाबाद से जुड़े तमाम संस्थानों और हस्तियों पर डाक विभाग द्वारा डाक टिकट जारी किये गये हैं और अब डाक टिकटों की श्रृंखला में एक नया नाम जुड़ने वाला है। इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएं कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि भारतीय डाक विभाग द्वारा ब्वायज हाई स्कूल, इलाहाबाद के शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में योगदान पर 5 नवम्बर, 2013 को एक स्मारक डाक टिकट जारी किया जायेगा। उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्यपाल श्री  बी एल जोशी द्वारा 5 नवम्बर, 2013 को यह डाक टिकट ब्वायज हाई स्कूल, इलाहाबाद के प्रांगण में जारी किया जायेगा।

गौरतलब है कि ब्वायज हाई स्कूल, इलाहाबाद की स्थापना 5 नवम्बर, 1861 को हुयी थी। यहाँ से शिक्षा प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों ने विधायिका, कार्यपालिका, न्यायपालिका, रक्षाबल, सिनेमा और अन्य तमाम क्षेत्रों में अपना एक विशिष्ट स्थान बनाया है। ब्वायज हाईस्कूल के पुरा छात्रों में सदी के महानायक अमिताभ बच्चन, सुप्रीमकोर्ट के पूर्व न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति रवि एस धवन, न्यायमूर्ति मार्कंडेय काटजू, न्यायमूर्ति राकेश तिवारी, न्यायमूर्ति डी पी सिंह, न्यायमूर्ति दिलीप गुप्ता, न्यायमूर्ति बालाकृष्ण नारायण, लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल राणा एस के कपूर, विकास स्वरूप, सांसद रेवती रमण सिंह, राज्यसभा के भूतपूर्व महासचिव जे बी जैनी, आई पी एस योगेंद्र नारायण, अजय शर्मा, भारतीय विदेश सेवा के रजनीकांत वर्मा इत्यादि शामिल हैं।

डाक निदेशक कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि यह डाक टिकट 5 रूपये मूल्य वर्ग में जारी किया जायेगा और इसके साथ ही प्रथम दिवस आवरण और विवरणिका भी जारी होंगे। विवरणिका में इस कालेज के बारे में जानकारी अंकित होंगी। डाक टिकटों में रुचि रखने वाले लोग 5 नवम्बर को ही इस डाक टिकट को विशेष मोहर से विरूपण कराकर अपने संग्रह में सजो सकेंगे। इसके अलावा देश भर के फिलेटलिक ब्यूरो से इनकी बिक्री होगी।

इससे पूर्व  ब्वायज हाईस्कूल की अर्धशतवर्षीय जयंती पर डाक विभाग द्वारा 5 नवम्बर, 2011 को एक विशेष- आवरण जारी किया जा चुका  है।
