भारतीय डाक विभाग ने पुस्तकों और अध्ययन सामग्री को कम लागत में भेजने के लिए 01 मई, 2025 से 'ज्ञान पोस्ट सेवा' की शुरुआत की। इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि 'ज्ञान पोस्ट' के तहत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त शैक्षणिक बोर्ड, विश्वविद्यालय, सरकार के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय और सांविधिक निकाय से संबंधित पुस्तकें, विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रयोग में लाई जाने वाली पाठ्यपुस्तकें और देश के सुसंगत विधि के अनुसार जारी या प्रकाशित सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक स्वरूप से संबंधित साहित्य डाक द्वारा भेजे जा सकेंगे। ऐसे सभी पैकेट पर ज्ञान पोस्ट अंकित होने चाहिए। 'ज्ञान पोस्ट' के अंतर्गत भेजी जाने वाली पुस्तकों और मुद्रित शैक्षिक सामग्रियों को ट्रैक किया जा सकेगा और कम लागत के प्रभावी वितरण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सतही माध्यम से परिवहन किया जा सकेगा। इसके तहत बुक करने हेतु न्यूनतम पैकेट वजन सीमा 300 ग्राम  और अधिकतम वजन सीमा 5  किलोग्राम होगी और शुल्क  20 रुपए से शुरू होकर अधिकतम 100 रुपए (लागू करों के अनुसार) तक होगा।

उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि 'ज्ञान पोस्ट' यह सेवा 'हर घर ज्ञान, हर सपने को उड़ान' की संकल्पना के साथ देश के हर हिस्से में शिक्षा का समर्थन करने और शिक्षार्थियों तक पहुँचने के लिए भारतीय डाक की निरंतर प्रतिबद्धता दर्शाती है। शिक्षा एक सशक्त भविष्य का आधार है लेकिन सीखने के संसाधनों तक पहुँच भौगोलिक परिस्थिति या सामर्थ्य पर निर्भर नहीं होनी चाहिए। 'ज्ञान पोस्ट' को इस विश्वास के साथ सृजित गया है कि एक पाठ्यपुस्तक, एक मार्गदर्शिका पुस्तिका या एक सांस्कृतिक पुस्तक किफायती दरों पर डाकघर के माध्यम से अंतिम छोर तक पहुंचकर लोगों को लाभ पहुँचाएगी।

    गौरतलब है कि 'ज्ञान पोस्ट' के अंतर्गत केवल गैर-वाणिज्यिक, शैक्षणिक सामग्री ही भेजी जा सकेगी। इस सेवा के अंतर्गत व्यावसायिक या वाणिज्यिक प्रकाशन, या विज्ञापन (आकस्मिक घोषणाओं या पुस्तक सूचियों के अलावा) वाले प्रकाशन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएँगे। प्रत्येक पुस्तक पर निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार मुद्रक या प्रकाशक का नाम होना चाहिए।

         'ज्ञान पोस्ट' आरंभ होने के साथ ही डाकघरों में विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों, अध्ययन प्रेमियों ने पहुंचकर इसके बारे में जानकारी लेना शुरू कर दिया। उत्तर गुजरात में सर्वप्रथम कड़वा पटेल बी.एड कॉलेज, विसनगर, महेसाणा ने महेसाणा प्रधान डाकघर से  'ज्ञान पोस्ट' के तहत पार्सल बुक करवाया। वहीं गांधीनगर प्रधान डाकघर से सर्वप्रथम श्री प्रिंस मकवाना ने ज्ञान पोस्ट की बुकिंग करवाई। साथ ही उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के सभी मंडलों ने भी इस नई सेवा के बारे में प्रचार-प्रसार आरंभ कर लोगों को इस सेवा का लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

       India Post started 'Gyan Post Service' on 01st May 2025 to send the books and study material at low cost. Postmaster General of North Gujarat Region, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that under 'Gyan Post', books related to educational boards, Universities, Autonomous and Statutory bodies recognized by Government, textbooks used by candidates of various competitive examinations and literature related to social, cultural and religious nature issued or published as per the relevant law of the country can be sent by Post. Gyan Post should be marked on all such packets. Books and Printed Educational materials sent under 'Gyan Post' can be tracked. It is transported by surface means to ensure low cost-effective distribution. The minimum chargeable weight limit is 300 grams and maximum weight limit is 5 kg. The Postage Charge starts from Rs 20 and goes up to a maximum of Rs 100 (Taxes as applicable).

      Postmaster General, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav also said that this service of 'Gyan Post' reflects the continued commitment of India Post to support education and reach out to learners in every part of the country with the concept of 'Har Ghar Gyan, Har Sapne Ko Udaan'. Education is the basis of a strong future but access to learning resources should not depend on geographical condition or affordability. 'Gyan Post' has been introduced with the belief that a textbook, a guide book or a cultural literature will benefit people by reaching the last mile through the post offices at affordable rates.

       It is worth noting that only non-commercial, educational material can be sent under 'Gyan Post'. Commercial or commercial publications, or publications containing Advertisements (other than incidental announcements or book lists) will not be accepted under this service. Each book must carry the name of the printer or publisher as per the prescribed conditions.

      With the launch of 'Gyan Post', Students, teachers and readers have started visiting the post offices to get information about it. In North Gujarat Region, Kadva Patel B.Ed College, Visnagar, Mahesana was the first to book a parcel under 'Gyan Post' from the Mahesana Head Post Office. At the same time, Mr. Prince Makwana was the first to book Gyan Post from Gandhinagar Head Post Office. Along with this, all the Divisions of North Gujarat Region also started publicizing this new service and encouraged people to take advantage of this service.

'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' સેવા 'ઘરે ઘરે જ્ઞાન, દરેક સપનાને ઉડાન' ની સંકલ્પના સાથે પોસ્ટ વિભાગની દર્શાવે છે પ્રતિબદ્ધતા - પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ

       ભારતીય પોસ્ટ વિભાગે પુસ્તકો અને અભ્યાસ સામગ્રીને ઓછી કિંમતમાં મોકલવા માટે 1 મે, 2025થી 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ સેવા'ની શરૂઆત કરી. આ અંગે માહિતી આપતાં ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્રના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે, 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' અંતર્ગત સરકાર દ્વારા માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત શૈક્ષણિક બોર્ડ, યુનિવર્સિટીઓ, સરકાર હેઠળની સ્વાયત્ત સંસ્થાઓ અને વૈધાનિક સંસ્થાઓને લગતા પુસ્તકો, વિવિધ સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાના ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતા પાઠ્યપુસ્તકો તથા દેશના સંબંધિત કાયદા અનુસાર પ્રકાશિત સામાજિક, સાંસ્કૃતિક અને ધાર્મિક પ્રકૃતિને લગતા સાહિત્યને પોસ્ટ મારફતે મોકલી શકાય તેવી સુવિધા મળશે. આવા તમામ પેકેટ પર "જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ" લખેલું હોવું આવશ્યક રહેશે. 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' હેઠળ મોકલવામાં આવતી પુસ્તકો અને મુદ્રિત શૈક્ષણિક સામગ્રીને ટ્રેક કરવાની સુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે અને ઓછી કિંમતમાં અસરકારક વિતરણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે તેને જમીન માર્ગે મોકલવામાં આવશે. આ સેવામાં બુકિંગ માટેના પેકેટનું ન્યૂનતમ વજન 300 ગ્રામ અને મહત્તમ 5 કિલોગ્રામ રહેશે. આ માટેનો શુલ્ક રૂ. 20થી શરૂ થઈને મહત્તમ રૂ. 100 (લાગુ કર મુજબ) રહેશે.

              પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' સેવા 'ઘરે ઘરે જ્ઞાન, દરેક સપનાને ઉડાન’ જેવી સંકલ્પનાને આધારે દેશના દરેક ખૂણામાં શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા અને શિક્ષાર્થીઓ સુધી પહોંચી જવા માટે પોસ્ટ ઓફિસની સતત પ્રતિબદ્ધતાને દર્શાવે છે. શિક્ષણ એ સશક્ત ભવિષ્ય માટેનો આધાર છે, પરંતુ શીખવા માટેના સાધનો સુધી પહોચવા ભૌગોલિક સ્થિતિ કે વ્યક્તિગત સામર્થ્ય પર આધારિત ન હોવી જોઈએ. 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' આ મક્કમ માન્યતાને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને રચવામાં આવી છે કે એક પાઠ્યપુસ્તક, માર્ગદર્શિકા અથવા સાંસ્કૃતિક પુસ્તિકા જ્યારે ઓછી કિંમતે પોસ્ટ ઓફિસ મારફતે અંતિમ વ્યક્તિ સુધી પહોંચે છે, ત્યારે તે લોકોને સશક્ત બનાવે છે અને જીવનમાં બદલાવ લાવે છે.

          ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' અંતર્ગત માત્ર બિન-વાણિજ્યિક, શૈક્ષણિક સામગ્રી જ મોકલી શકાય છે. આ સેવાની હેઠળ કોઈપણ વ્યવસાયિક અથવા વાણિજ્યિક પ્રકાશન, તેમજ જાહેરાતો ધરાવતા પ્રકાશનો (આકસ્મિક જાહેરખબરો અથવા પુસ્તકોની યાદી સિવાય) સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં. દરેક પુસ્તિકા પર નિર્ધારિત શરતો મુજબ મુદ્રક અથવા પ્રકાશકનું નામ સ્પષ્ટ રીતે ઉલ્લેખિત હોવું આવશ્યક રહેશે.

               'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' શરૂ થતાં જ, વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો અને અભ્યાસ પ્રેમીઓએ તેના વિશે માહિતી એકત્રિત કરવા માટે પોસ્ટ ઓફિસની મુલાકાત લેવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. ઉત્તર ગુજરાતમાં સૌથી પહેલું 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' પાર્સલ મહેસાણા જિલ્લાની કડવા પટેલ બી.એડ. કોલેજ, વિસનગર દ્વારા મહેસાણા હેડ પોસ્ટઓફિસ માંથી બુક કરાયું. તે જ રીતે, ગાંધીનગર હેડ પોસ્ટઓફિસમાંથી પ્રથમ વખત શ્રી પ્રિન્સ મકવાણાએ 'જ્ઞાન પોસ્ટ' હેઠળ બુકિંગ કરાવ્યું. આ સાથે ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્રના તમામ મંડળોએ પણ આ નવી સેવાના પ્રચાર-પ્રસારની શરૂઆત કરી છે અને લોકોને આ કિફાયતી અને ઉપયોગી સેવાનો લાભ લેવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યાં છે.

International Book Festival Ahmedabad : अहमदाबाद अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पुस्तक मेला- 2024 में भारतीय डाक विभाग का स्टॉल बना आकर्षण का केंद्र बिंदु

अहमदाबाद में आयोजित हो रहे प्रथम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पुस्तक मेला (30 नवंबर-8 दिसंबर 2024) में जहाँ लोग पुस्तकों के माध्यम से ज्ञान अर्जित कर रहे हैं, वहीं डाक टिकटों के माध्यम से भी साहित्य, कला, संस्कृति, शिक्षा, अध्यात्म, विरासत, के विभिन्न पहलुओं से रूबरू हो रहे हैं। भारत सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्रालय और नेशनल बुक ट्रस्ट एवं अहमदाबाद नगर निगम के तत्त्वावधान में आयोजित इस पुस्तक मेला में भारतीय डाक विभाग का स्टॉल भी लोगों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र बना हुआ है।

 

 

 

 पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि यह स्टॉल डाक टिकटों के संग्रहण और उनके महत्व के प्रति युवाओं में जागरूकता फैलाने का एक प्रयास है, जो ज्ञान और साहित्य के प्रचार-प्रसार में अहम भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। यहाँ विभिन्न प्रकार के डाक टिकट, विशेष आवरण, श्री राम जन्मभूमि मंदिर पर आधारित खुशबूदार डाक टिकट सेट, खादी पोस्टकार्ड, वर्णमाला फिलेटली पुस्तकें, कॉफी मग, टी शर्ट सहित तमाम फिलेटलिक उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन किया गया है। पुस्तक मेला भ्रमण के बाद लेटर बॉक्स के माध्यम से बच्चों द्वारा अपने अनुभवों को सहेजते हुए पत्र भेजने की सुविधा भी यहाँ उपलब्ध है। यह दृश्य बच्चों की रचनात्मकता और डाक सेवा के प्रति उनकी जिज्ञासा को दर्शाता है। 

पुस्तक मेले में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी से भारत का संविधान लेते हुए सहित तमाम सेल्फी प्वाइंट भी लोगों के आकर्षण का केंद्र बिंदु हैं ।
 

उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि पुस्तक मेला लोगों को साहित्य और संस्कृति से जोड़ने का एक मंच प्रदान करता है। वहीं, डाक विभाग अपनी प्रदर्शनी के माध्यम से एक अभिरुचि के रूप में डाक टिकटों और इनके अध्ययन के महत्व को उजागर कर रहा है। हर डाक टिकट के पीछे एक कहानी छुपी हुई है और इस कहानी से आज की युवा पीढ़ी को जोड़ने की जरूरत है। गुजरात की धरती पर जन्मे 'राष्ट्रपिता' महात्मा गाँधी जी ने अपने विचारों और कर्मों से पूरी दुनिया में प्रतिष्ठा हासिल की, यही कारण है कि दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा देशों द्वारा डाक टिकट महात्मा गाँधी पर जारी हुए। 

श्री यादव ने इंगित किया कि डाक टिकट वास्तव में एक नन्हा राजदूत है, जो विभिन्न देशों का भ्रमण करता है एवम् उन्हें अपनी सभ्यता, संस्कृति और विरासत से अवगत कराता है। शिक्षा और डाक के रूप में भारत सरकार के दोनों ही विभाग शिक्षा और जानकारी फैलाने का सामूहिक प्रयास कर रहे हैं। यह आयोजन लोगों में ज्ञान की रुचि, उत्सुकता और साहित्यिक व शैक्षणिक संवेदनशीलता को बढ़ावा देने का एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसर है।

सहायक निदेशक श्री एम. एम. शेख ने बताया कि पुस्तक मेला में 'माय स्टेम्प' और 'फिलेटेली डिपॉजिट एकाउंट' की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है। "माय स्टेम्प" सेवा के तहत, लोग अपनी फोटो, कोई खास दृश्य, या कोई विशेष डिजाइन को डाक टिकट पर छपवा सकते हैं। मात्र ₹300 के शुल्क में 12 डाक टिकटों की एक माय स्टेम्प शीट बनती है। विभिन्न राशियों, जन्मदिन, शुभ विवाह, सालगिरह, रिटायरमेंट जैसे तमाम यादगार पलों हेतु डाक टिकटों पर अपनी या परिजनों की तस्वीर लगवा सकते हैं। मात्र ₹ 200 में 'फिलेटेली डिपॉजिट एकाउंट' खुलवाकर घर बैठे रंग-बिरंगी डाक टिकटें और अन्य फिलेटलिक मदें प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। यह डाक टिकटों में अभिरुचि के लिए एक लाभकारी और मूल्यवर्धित निवेश का अवसर है। आगंतुक स्टॉल पर उपलब्ध डाक उत्पादों को काफी पसंद कर रहे हैं।

અમદાવાદ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પુસ્તક મેળા-2024 માં ભારતીય ટપાલ વિભાગનો સ્ટોલ આકર્ષણનું કેન્દ્ર બન્યો, શ્રી રામ જન્મભૂમિ મંદિર અને ખાદીની ટપાલ ટિકિટોનું વિપુલ પ્રમાણમાં વેચાણ થઈ રહ્યું છે

સાહિત્ય, કલા અને સંસ્કૃતિને જોડવામાં પુસ્તકો અને ટપાલ ટિકિટો મહત્વની ભૂમિકા ભજવે છે : પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ કૃષ્ણકુમાર યાદવ

અમદાવાદમાં યોજાઈ રહેલા પ્રથમ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પુસ્તક મેળામાં (30 નવેમ્બર-8 ડિસેમ્બર 2024) જ્યાં લોકો પુસ્તકો દ્વારા જ્ઞાન પ્રાપ્ત કરી રહ્યા છે, ત્યાં જ ડાક ટિકિટો દ્વારા પણ તેઓ સાહિત્ય, કલા, સંસ્કૃતિ, શિક્ષણ, આધ્યાત્મિકતા, વારસાના વિવિધ પાસાઓથી પણ પરિચિત થઈ રહ્યા છે. ભારત સરકારના શિક્ષણ મંત્રાલય, નેશનલ બુક ટ્રસ્ટ અને અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનના નેજા હેઠળ આયોજિત આ પુસ્તક મેળામાં ભારતીય ટપાલ વિભાગનો સ્ટોલ પણ લોકો માટે આકર્ષણનું કેન્દ્ર છે. પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ કૃષ્ણકુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે, આ સ્ટોલ ડાક ટિકિટોનો સંગ્રહ અને તેના મહત્વ અંગે યુવાનોમાં જાગૃતિ ફેલાવવાનો એક પ્રયાસ છે, જે જ્ઞાન અને સાહિત્યના પ્રચાર-પ્રસારમાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ ભૂમિકા નિભાવી રહ્યું છે. અહીં વિવિધ પ્રકારના ડાક ટિકિટ, વિશેષ આવરણ, શ્રી રામ જન્મભૂમિ મંદિર પર આધારિત સુગંધિત ડાક ટિકિટ સેટ, ખાદી પોસ્ટકાર્ડ, વર્ણમાળા ફિલાટેલી પુસ્તકો, કોફી મગ, ટી-શર્ટ સહિત અનેક ફિલાટેલિક ઉત્પાદનોનું પ્રદર્શન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. પુસ્તક મેલા મુલાકાત પછી, અહીં બાળકો દ્વારા પોતાના અનુભવોને સંરક્ષિત કરતા પત્રો મોકલવાની સુવિધા પણ અહીં ઉપલબ્ધ છે. આ દ્રશ્ય બાળકોની સર્જનાત્મકતા અને ટપાલ સેવા પ્રત્યેની તેમની ઉત્સુકતા દર્શાવે છે. પુસ્તક મેળામાં, વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદી સાથેના વિવિધ સેલ્ફી પોઈન્ટ્સ જેવા કે ભારતના બંધારણનું પુસ્તક સાથે નો સેલ્ફી પોઈન્ટ પણ યુવાનો માટે આકર્ષણનું કેન્દ્ર છે.

ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરીક્ષેત્રના પોસ્ટ માસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણકુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું હતું કે પુસ્તક મેળો લોકોને સાહિત્ય અને સંસ્કૃતિ સાથે જોડવાનું પ્લેટફોર્મ પૂરું પાડે છે. તે જ સમયે, પોસ્ટલ વિભાગ યુવાનોમાં તેમની સંસ્કૃતિ અને પરંપરાઓ વિશે અન્વેષણ કરવા માટે શોખ તરીકે ફિલેટીને પણ પ્રોત્સાહન આપી રહ્યું છે.  દરેક ટપાલ ટિકિટ પાછળ એક કથા છુપાયેલી હોય છે અને આજની યુવા પેઢીને આ વાર્તા સાથે જોડવાની જરૂર છે. ગુજરાતની ધરતી પર જન્મેલા 'રાષ્ટ્રપિતા' મહાત્મા ગાંધીએ પોતાના વિચારો અને કાર્યોથી સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં પ્રતિષ્ઠા મેળવી હતી, એટલે જ તો મહાત્મા ગાંધી પર દુનિયાના મોટાભાગના દેશો દ્વારા ટપાલ ટિકિટ બહાર પાડવામાં આવી હતી. શ્રી યાદવે ધ્યાન દોર્યું હતું કે, આ ટિકિટ વાસ્તવમાં એક નાનો રાજદૂત છે, જે વિવિધ દેશોની મુલાકાત લે છે અને તેમને તેમની સભ્યતા, સંસ્કૃતિ અને વારસાથી વાકેફ કરે છે. ભારત સરકારના બંને વિભાગો એટલે કે શિક્ષણ અને ટપાલ વિભાગ,  શિક્ષણ અને માહિતીનો પ્રસાર કરવા માટે સામૂહિક પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા છે. આ કાર્યક્રમ લોકોમાં જ્ઞાન રસ, જિજ્ઞાસા અને સાહિત્યિક અને શૈક્ષણિક સંવેદનશીલતાને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટેનો એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રસંગ છે.

India Post's stall attracting Youths at Ahmedabad International Book Festival-2024

Books and stamps both play an important role to promote literature, art and culture - Postmaster General Krishna Kumar Yadav

In the first International Book Festival being held in Ahmedabad (30 November - 08 December 2024), where people are acquiring knowledge through books, they are also gaining knowledge about literature, art, culture, education, spirituality, heritage, etc. through Postage stamps. The stall of the India Post has also become a center of attraction for the people in this book fair organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, National Book Trust and Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Postmaster General Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that this stall is an effort to spread awareness among the children and youth about the collection and importance of Stamps which plays an important role in spreading knowledge and literature. Various types of Stamps, Special covers, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple’ s scented stamp set, Khadi postcards, Alphabetical Philately Books, coffee mugs, T-shirts and other Philatelic products have been displayed here. Facility of the letter box is also available here for the children sending letters saving their experiences after visiting the book fair. This scene shows the children's creativity and their curiosity towards the postal service. In the book fair, various selfie points including the one with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi having the book of Constitution of India are also the center of attraction for the youth.

Postmaster General of North Gujarat Region Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that the book fair provides a platform to connect people with literature and culture. At the same time, the Postal Department is also promoting philately as hobby among youth to explore about their culture and traditions. Every stamp is having hidden story behind it and there is a need to connect young generation with this story. The 'Father of the Nation' Mahatma Gandhi, born on the soil of Gujarat, gained prestige all over the world with his thoughts and deeds, that is why maximum countries in the world issued Stamps on Mahatma Gandhi. Shri Yadav pointed out that stamp is actually a little ambassador, who visits different countries and makes them aware of various civilization, culture and heritage. Both the departments of the Government of India, namely Education and Posts, are making collective efforts to spread knowledge, education and infotainment. This event is an important opportunity to promote interest in knowledge, curiosity and literary and educational sensitivity among the people.

Shri M.M. Sheikh, Assistant Director of Postal services said that the facility of 'My Stamp' and 'Philately Deposit Account' is also available in the book fair. Under the "My Stamp" service, people can print their photo, a special scene, or a special design on a customized stamp. A My Stamp sheet of 12 stamps is made for just ₹300. One can get himself or family's photo printed on my Stamp for various memorable moments including birthday, weddings, anniversary and retirement. By opening a 'Philatelic Deposit Account' for just ₹ 200, one can get stamps and other philatelic items at door step. हमारे देश में प्रतिवर्ष 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाया जाता है। 14 सितंबर 1949 को संविधान सभा में एक मत से हिंदी को राजभाषा घोषित किया गया था। इसी निर्णय के महत्व को प्रतिपादित करने तथा हिन्दी को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में प्रसारित करने के लिये वर्ष 1953 से पूरे भारत में 14 सितम्बर को प्रतिवर्ष 'हिन्दी दिवस' के रूप में मनाया जाता है। हिंदी को लेकर तमाम विद्वान, संस्थाएँ, सरकारी विभाग अपने स्तर पर कार्य कर रहे हैं। इन सबके बीच उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र, अहमदाबाद के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव का अनूठा परिवार ऐसा भी है, जिनकी तीन पीढ़ियाँ हिंदी की अभिवृद्धि के लिए न सिर्फ प्रयासरत हैं, बल्कि वैश्विक स्तर पर कई देशों में सम्मानित हैं।

मूलत: उत्तर प्रदेश के आज़मगढ़ जनपद निवासी श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव के परिवार में उनके पिता श्री राम शिव मूर्ति यादव के साथ-साथ पत्नी सुश्री आकांक्षा यादव और दोनों बेटियाँ अक्षिता व अपूर्वा भी हिंदी को अपने लेखन से लगातार नए आयाम दे रही हैं। देश-दुनिया की तमाम पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशन के साथ श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव की 7 और पत्नी सुश्री आकांक्षा की 4 पुस्तकें प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं।

प्रशासनिक सेवा के दायित्वों के निर्वहन के साथ श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव की 'अभिलाषा' (काव्य संग्रह), 'अभिव्यक्तियों के बहाने', 'अनुभूतियाँ और विमर्श' (निबंध संग्रह), 'क्रांति यज्ञ : 1857-1947 की गाथा', 'जंगल में क्रिकेट' (बाल गीत संग्रह) एवं '16 आने,  16 लोग' सहित कुल सात पुस्तकें प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं। विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित सामाजिक - साहित्यिक संस्थाओं द्वारा विशिष्ट कृतित्व, रचनाधर्मिता व प्रशासन के साथ-साथ सतत् साहित्य सृजनशीलता हेतु शताधिक सम्मान प्राप्त श्री यादव को उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री, पश्चिम बंगाल, छत्तीसगढ़ और सिक्किम के राज्यपाल भी सम्मानित कर चुके हैं।

हिंदी ब्लॉगिंग के क्षेत्र में इस परिवार का नाम अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी अग्रणी है। 'दशक के श्रेष्ठ ब्लॉगर दम्पति' सम्मान से विभूषित यादव दम्पति को नेपाल, भूटान व श्रीलंका में आयोजित 'अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिंदी ब्लॉगर सम्मेलन' में “परिकल्पना ब्लॉगिंग सार्क शिखर सम्मान” सहित अन्य सम्मानों से नवाजा जा चुका है। जर्मनी के बॉन शहर में ग्लोबल मीडिया फोरम (2015) के दौरान 'पीपुल्स चॉइस अवॉर्ड' श्रेणी में सुश्री आकांक्षा यादव के ब्लॉग 'शब्द-शिखर' को हिंदी के सबसे लोकप्रिय ब्लॉग के रूप में भी सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।

 फिरदौस अमृत सेंटर स्कूल, कैंटोनमेंट, अहमदाबाद में अध्ययनरत इनकी दोनों बेटियाँ अक्षिता (पाखी) और अपूर्वा भी इसी राह पर चलते हुए अंग्रेजी माध्यम की पढ़ाई के बावजूद हिंदी में सृजनरत हैं। अपने ब्लॉग 'पाखी की दुनिया' हेतु अक्षिता को भारत सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2011 में सबसे कम उम्र में 'राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार' से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है। अक्षिता को प्रथम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिंदी ब्लॉगर सम्मेलन, नई दिल्ली (2011) में भारत के पूर्व मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री डा. रमेश पोखरियाल 'निशंक' ने ‘श्रेष्ठ नन्ही ब्लॉगर‘ सम्मान से अलंकृत किया, तो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिंदी ब्लॉगर सम्मेलन, श्रीलंका (2015) में भी अक्षिता को “परिकल्पना कनिष्ठ सार्क ब्लॉगर सम्मान” से सम्मानित किया गया। अपूर्वा ने भी कोरोना महामारी के दौर में अपनी कविताओं से लोगों को सचेत किया।
 

पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव का कहना है कि, सृजन एवं अभिव्यक्ति की दृष्टि से हिंदी दुनिया की अग्रणी भाषाओं में से एक है। हिन्दी सिर्फ एक भाषा ही नहीं बल्कि हम सबकी पहचान है, यह हर हिंदुस्तानी का हृदय है। डिजिटल क्रान्ति के इस युग में हिन्दी में विश्व भाषा बनने की क्षमता है। वहीं, सुश्री आकांक्षा यादव का मानना है कि, हिंदी राष्ट्र को एकता के सूत्र में पिरोने वाली तथा विभिन्न संस्कृतियों, विधाओं और कलाओं की त्रिवेणी है, जिसके साहित्य में समाज की विविधता, जीवन दृष्टि और लोक कलाएं संरक्षित हैं। आज परिवर्तन और विकास की भाषा के रूप में हिन्दी के महत्व को नये सिरे से रेखांकित किया जा रहा है।

પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ અને તેમના પરિવારના સભ્યોને હિન્દી ના પ્રમોશન માટે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યા છે

 આપણા દેશમાં દર વર્ષે 14 સપ્ટેમ્બર ના રોજ હિન્દી દિવસ મનાવવામાં આવે છે. 14 સપ્ટેમ્બર 1949 ના રોજ સંવિધાનસભામાં એકમતથી હિન્દીને રાજભાષા જાહેર કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ નિર્ણયના મહત્વને ઉજાગર કરવા અને હિન્દી ને દરેક ક્ષેત્રમાં પ્રસારીત કરવા માટે વર્ષ 1953 થી સમગ્ર ભારત માં 14 સપ્ટેમ્બર ને દરેક વર્ષે 'હિન્દી દિવસ' તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે. હિન્દી ને લઈ અનેક વિદ્વાન, સંસ્થાઓ, સરકારી વિભાગો તેમના સ્તરે કાર્યરત છે. આ બધાં વચ્ચે ઉત્તર ગુજરાત ક્ષેત્ર, અમદાવાદ ના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ નું એક વિશિષ્ટ પરિવાર ત્રણ પેઢીઓથી હિન્દીનાં વિકાસ માટેની સમર્પણ અને વૈશ્વિક સ્તરે વિવિધ દેશોમાં સન્માનિત છે.

  ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ ના આઝમગઢ જીલ્લા ના મૂળ વતની શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ ના પરિવારમાં તેમના પિતા શ્રી રામ શિવ મૂર્તિ યાદવ ની સાથે સાથે , પત્ની સુશ્રી આકાંક્ષા યાદવ અને બંને પુત્રીઓ અક્ષિતા અને અપુર્વા પણ હિન્દી ને તેમના લેખન દ્વારા સતત નવા પરિમાણ આપતાં રહ્યા છે. રાષ્ટ્રીય અને આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય મેગેઝિનોમાં અનેક પ્રકાશનો સાથે, કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવની ૦૭ પુસ્તકો અને તેમના પત્ની શ્રીમતી આકાંક્ષા યાદવની ૦૪ પુસ્તકો પ્રકાશિત થઈ ચૂકી છે.

  હિન્દી બ્લોગિંગ ના ક્ષેત્રમાં આ પરિવારનું નામ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે પણ આગવું છે. 'દશકના શ્રેષ્ઠ બ્લોગર દંપતી' પુરસ્કારથી સન્માનિત યાદવ દંપતી ને નેપાલ, ભૂટાન અને શ્રીલંકામાં આયોજિત 'અંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હિન્દી બ્લોગર સંમેલન' માં “પરિકલ્પના બ્લોગિંગ સાર્ક શિખર પુરસ્કાર” સહિતના અન્ય પુરસ્કારો મળ્યા છે. જર્મની ના બોન શહેરમાં ગ્લોબલ મીડિયા ફોરમ (2015) દરમિયાન 'પીપલ્સ ચોઇસ એવોર્ડ' શ્રેણીમાં સુશ્રી આકાંક્ષા યાદવ ના બ્લોગ 'શબ્દ-શિખર' ને હિન્દી ના સૌથી લોકપ્રિય બ્લોગ તરીકે સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

 ફિરદોસ અમૃત સેન્ટર સ્કૂલ, કેન્ટોનમેન્ટ, અમદાવાદમાં અભ્યાસ કરતી તેમની બંને પુત્રીઓ અક્ષિતા (પાખી) અને અપુર્વા પણ આ માર્ગ પર આગળ વધતા અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમમાં અભ્યાસ કરવા છતાં હિન્દીમાં સર્જનશીલ છે. તેમના બ્લોગ 'પાખી ની દુનિયા' માટે અક્ષિતા ને ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા વર્ષ 2011 માં સૌથી નાની ઉંમરે 'રાષ્ટ્રીય બાળ પુરસ્કાર' થી સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવી છે. અક્ષિતા ને પ્રથમ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હિન્દી બ્લોગર સંમેલન, નવી દિલ્હી (2011) માં ભારતના પૂર્વ માનવ સંસાધન વિકાસ મંત્રી ડૉ. રમેશ પોખરિયાલ 'નિશંક' દ્વારા 'શ્રેષ્ઠ નાની બ્લોગર' પુરસ્કારથી સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યું, તો આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હિન્દી બ્લોગર સંમેલન, શ્રીલંકા (2015) માં પણ અક્ષિતા ને “પરિકલ્પના કનિષ્ઠ સાર્ક બ્લોગર પુરસ્કાર” થી સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવી છે. અપુર્વા એ પણ કોવિડ-19 ના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન તેની કાવ્યોથી લોકોને સચેત કર્યા છે.

         પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ કહે છે કે, સર્જન અને અભિવ્યક્તિની દૃષ્ટિએ હિન્દી દુનિયાની આગેવાન ભાષાઓમાંથી એક છે. હિન્દી માત્ર એક ભાષા જ નહીં, પરંતુ આપણા બધાની ઓળખ છે, આ દરેક ભારતીય નું હ્રદય છે. ડિજીટલ ક્રાંતિના યુગમાં હિન્દી માં વૈશ્વિક ભાષા બનવાની ક્ષમતા છે. જ્યારે સુશ્રી આકાંક્ષા યાદવ નું માનવું છે કે, હિન્દી રાષ્ટ્ર ને એકતાના સૂત્રમાં જોડતી અને વિવિધ સંસ્કૃતિઓ, વિધાઓ અને કલા નો ત્રિવેણી છે, જેના સાહિત્યમાં સમાજની વિવિધતા, જીવન દૃષ્ટિ અને લોક કલાઓ સંરક્ષિત છે. આજે પરિવર્તન અને વિકાસ ની ભાષા તરીકે હિન્દી ના મહત્વને નવા રૂપે વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી રહી છે.

 In our country, Hindi Day is celebrated every year on September 14. On September 14, 1949, the Constituent Assembly declared Hindi as the official language by a unanimous decision. To emphasize the significance of this decision and to promote Hindi in all areas, September 14 has been celebrated as 'Hindi Day' across India since 1953. Many Scholars, organizations, and Government Departments are working at their level for advancement of Hindi. Among them, the unique family of Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav, Postmaster General, North Gujarat Region, Ahmedabad, is remarkable for its three generations dedication towards the enhancement of Hindi and also being honored globally in various countries.

 A native of Azamgarh district in Uttar Pradesh, Krishna Kumar Yadav's family includes his father, Shri Ram Shiv Murti Yadav, as well as his wife, Mrs. Aakansha Yadav, and their two daughters, Akshitaa and Apurva, all of whom continue to contribute to Hindi through their creative writing and blogging. Along with numerous publications in National and International magazines, 07 books of Krishna Kumar Yadav and 04 books of his wife, Mrs. Aakansha Yadav, have been published.

 Apart from his administrative duties as Civil servant, 7 books of Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav has been published, which includes 'Abhilasha' (a poetry collection), 'Abhivyaktiyon ke Bahane', 'Anubhutiyan aur Vimarsh' (both essay collection), 'Kranti Yajna: 1857-1947 ki Gatha', 'Jungle Mein Cricket' (a collection of children’s poetry) and '16 Aane, 16 Log'. More than hundred awards has been received by various prestigious social and literary institutions for his literary contributions and creative writings. He has been honored by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, as well as the Governors of West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, and Sikkim.

 In the field of Hindi blogging, this family's name is also prominent at the International level. Yadav couple has been honored with the 'Best Blogger Couple of the Decade' award and has received various accolades at the 'International Hindi Blogger Conference' held in Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka, including the “Parikalpana Blogging SAARC Summit Award.” In the Global Media Forum held in Bonn, Germany (2015), Mrs. Aakansha Yadav's blog 'Shabd-Shikhar' was recognized as the most popular Hindi blog in the 'People's Choice Award' category.

 

Their daughters, Akshitaa (Pakhi) and Apurva, who are studying in Firdaus Amrut Centre School, Cantonment, Ahmedabad, continue to contribute to Hindi despite their English medium education. Akshitaa has been honored with the 'National Child Award' by the Government of India in 2011, making her the youngest recipient for her blog ‘Pakhi ki duniya’. She was awarded the 'Best Young Blogger' honor by India’s former Minister of Human Resource Development, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank', at the First International Hindi Blogger Conference, New Delhi (2011), and received the “Parikalpana Junior SAARC Blogger Award” at the International Hindi Blogger Conference, Sri Lanka (2015). Apurva also used her poetry during the COVID-19 pandemic to raise awareness.

 Postmaster General Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that, from the perspective of creation and expression, Hindi is one of the leading languages in the world. Hindi is not just a language but our identity; it is the heart of every Indian. In this era of digital revolution, Hindi has the potential to become a global language. Meanwhile, Mrs. Aakansha Yadav believes that Hindi is the thread that binds the nation in unity and is a confluence of various cultures, disciplines, and arts, with its literature preserving the diversity of society, worldview, and folk arts.
