'आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव' मनाते हुए देश की युवा पीढ़ी के मन में अक्सर यह ख्याल आता है कि वर्ष 2047 में हमारा भारत देश कैसा होगा। इसी के मद्देनजर भारतीय डाक विभाग द्वारा ‘विज़न फॉर इण्डिया 2047’ विषय पर "ढाई आखर" राष्ट्रीय स्तर पत्र लेखन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। और यदि आपका पत्र चुना गया तो पाँच हजार से पचास हजार रूपये तक का पुरस्कार भी मिलेगा। उक्त जानकारी वाराणसी परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने दी। इसके लिए विभिन्न स्कूल-कॉलेज डाक विभाग के साथ मिलकर अपने यहाँ पर आयोजन कर सकते हैं। इसकी अंतिम तिथि 31 अक्टूबर, 2022 है।
पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि इस 'ढाई आखर' पत्र लेखन प्रतियोगिता में किसी भी उम्र के लोग भाग ले सकते हैं। पहला वर्ग 18 वर्ष तक तथा दूसरा 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वर्ग का होगा। पत्र डाक विभाग द्वारा जारी अंतर्देशीय पत्र अथवा लिफाफे में ही स्वीकार्य होगा, जिसमें क्रमशः 500 और 1,000 शब्दों में अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी अथवा स्थानीय भाषा में हाथ से पत्र लिखा जा सकता है। पत्र में अपना पूरा नाम, पता, जन्मतिथि, मोबाइल नंबर और विद्यालय के नाम सहित पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, वाराणसी परिक्षेत्र, वाराणसी-221002 के पते पर 31 अक्टूबर, 2022 तक भेजना होगा।
पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तरों पर विभिन्न 4 श्रेणियों में तीन-तीन पुरस्कार प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इनमें परिमंडलीय (राज्य) स्तर पर चयनित श्रेष्ठ पत्रों को प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय श्रेणी में क्रमश: पचीस हजार, दस हजार व पांच हजार रूपए का पुरस्कार दिया जायेगा। राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चयनित श्रेष्ठ पत्रों को प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय श्रेणी में क्रमश: पचास हजार, पचीस हजार व दस हजार रूपए का पुरस्कार दिया जायेगा। कुल मिलाकर पूरे देश में 40 लाख 20 हजार रूपये के पुरस्कार विजेताओं को दिए जायेंगे। इस संबंध में ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए विभिन्न मंडलों के अधीक्षक और प्रधान डाकघर के पोस्टमास्टर से संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

While celebrating the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', a thought often comes in the mind of the young generation of the country that how our India will be in the year 2047. In view of this, a national level letter writing competition is being organized by the Department of Posts on the topic 'Vision for India 2047'. if letter of the applicant is selected, applicant will receive a prize ranging from five thousand to fifty thousand rupees. While providing above information, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav, Postmaster General, Varanasi Region also told that for this, various schools and colleges can organize their own in association with the Postal Department. Last date is fixed on October 31, 2022.
Postmaster General, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that people of any age can participate in 'Dhai Akhar' letter writing competition. The first category will be up to 18 years and the second will be above 18 years of age. Letter will be accepted only in an inland letter or in envelope issued by the Department of Posts, in which letter can be written by hand in English, Hindi or local language in 500 and 1,000 words respectively. This letter should be sent to the Postmaster General, Varanasi Region, Varanasi - 221002 by 31st October, 2022 with full name, address, date of birth, mobile number and name of the school of participant.
Postmaster General, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav informed that three prizes each in different 4 categories will be given to the winners of the competition at the State and National levels. Best letter selected at the Circle (State) level will be given prizes of twenty five thousand, ten thousand and five thousand rupees in the first, second and third category respectively. Prizes of fifty thousand, twenty five thousand and ten thousand rupees will be given to the best letters selected at National level in first, second and third category respectively. Overall, prizes worth Rs 40.20 lakhs will be given to the winners across the country.
