डाक विभाग में 'सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह' का शुभारंभ, पोस्टमास्टर जनरल कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने दिलाई सत्यनिष्ठा की प्रतिज्ञा

डाक विभाग द्वारा उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र में 'सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह' का 27 अक्टूबर से 2 नवंबर, 2025 तक आयोजन किया जायेगा। क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय, अहमदाबाद में इसका शुभारंभ करते हुए उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने डाक विभाग के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को 'सत्यनिष्ठा प्रतिज्ञा' दिलाई और सत्यनिष्ठा एवं ईमानदारी से अपने कतव्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु प्रेरित किया।

पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने ''सतर्कता: हमारी साझी जिम्मेदारी'' थीम का संदेश देते हुए सभी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में नीतिपरक कार्य पद्धतियों को बढ़ावा देने, ईमानदारी, सत्यनिष्ठा व पारदर्शिता बनाये रखने के लिए निरंतर प्रयत्नशील रहने, भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन हेतु निर्बाध रूप से कार्य करने, कार्य से सम्बद्ध नियमों, विनियमों आदि के बारे में सुग्राही बनने, अपने संगठन के विकास एवं प्रतिष्ठा के प्रति सचेत रहने और साथ ही सबंधित पक्षों एवं समाज के अधिकारों व हितों का संरक्षण करने की प्रतिज्ञा दिलाई।

पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि 'सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह' हर साल सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल की जयंती (31 अक्टूबर) वाले सप्ताह में मनाया जाता है, जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जागरूकता फैलाना और सार्वजनिक जीवन में ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को बढ़ावा देना है। यह नागरिकों को भ्रष्टाचार से लड़ने में भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है और शासन तथा सार्वजनिक प्रशासन में नैतिकता की आवश्यकता के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाता है।

सहायक निदेशक श्री वारिस एम. वहोरा ने बताया कि सर्तकता जागरूकता सप्ताह के अंतर्गत अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों हेतु भ्रष्टाचार निवारक उपायों के सम्बन्ध में कार्यशाला, कर्मचारियों हेतु क्विज एवं वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता, जनपरिवादों के निस्तारण हेतु विशेष कैम्प्स, तहसील स्तर पर भ्रष्टाचार के दुष्प्रभावों के सम्बन्ध में ग्राम सभा जागरूकता जैसे तमाम कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जायेंगे।

इस अवसर पर सहायक निदेशक श्री वारिस एम. वहोरा, श्री एम एम शेख, वरिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी श्रीमती पूजा राठोर, सहायक लेखा अधिकारी श्री चेतन सैन, श्री राम स्वरूप मँगावा, सहायक अधीक्षक श्री जीनेश पटेल, श्री रमेश पटेल, श्री रोनक शाह सहित तमाम अधिकारी-कर्मचारीगण उपस्थित रहे।

ડાક વિભાગ દ્વારા ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્રમાં સતર્કતા જાગૃતિ સપ્તાહનું ૨૭ ઓક્ટોબરથી ૨ નવેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૫ દરમિયાન આયોજન કરવામાં આવશે. ક્ષેત્રિય કચેરીમાં તેના પ્રારંભ પ્રસંગે ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્રના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે ડાક વિભાગના અધિકારીઓ અને કર્મચારીઓને ‘સત્યનિષ્ઠા પ્રતિજ્ઞા’ અપાવી અને સત્યનિષ્ઠા તથા ઈમાનદારીપૂર્વક પોતની ફરજો નિભાવવાની પ્રેરણા આપી.

પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે  “સતર્કતા: અમારી સંયુક્ત જવાબદારી”  થીમનો સંદેશ આપતાં તમામ અધિકારીઓ અને કર્મચારીઓને દરેક ક્ષેત્રમાં નીતિ આધારિત કાર્યપદ્ધતિઓને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા, ઈમાનદારી, સત્યનિષ્ઠા અને પારદર્શિતાને જાળવી રાખવા માટે સતત પ્રયત્નશીલ રહેવા, ભ્રષ્ટાચાર નિવારણ માટે અવિરત રીતે કાર્ય કરવા, પોતાના કાર્ય સંબંધિત નિયમો અને નિયમાવલીઓ વિશે જાગૃત રહેવા, પોતાના સંસ્થાના વિકાસ અને પ્રતિષ્ઠા પ્રત્યે સચેત રહેવા તેમજ સંબંધિત પક્ષો અને સમાજના અધિકારો તથા હિતોના સંરક્ષણ માટે પ્રતિબદ્ધ રહેવાની પ્રતિજ્ઞા અપાવી.

પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે સતર્કતા જાગૃતિ સપ્તાહ દર વર્ષે ‘સરદાર વલ્લભભાઈ પટેલની જન્મજયંતિ’ (૩૧ ઓક્ટોબર) ના સપ્તાહમાં ઉજવવામાં આવે છે. તેનો મુખ્ય હેતુ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર વિરુદ્ધ જાગૃતિ ફેલાવવાનો અને જાહેર જીવનમાં ઈમાનદારી, પારદર્શિતા અને જવાબદારીને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાનો છે. આ સપ્તાહ નાગરિકોને ભ્રષ્ટાચાર વિરુદ્ધ લડતમાં ભાગ લેવા પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે અને શાસન તથા જાહેર વહીવટમાં નૈતિકતાની આવશ્યકતા અંગે જાગૃતિ વધારવાનું કાર્ય કરે છે.

સહાયક નિયામક શ્રી વારીસ એમ. વહોરાએ  જણાવ્યું કે સતર્કતા જાગૃતિ સપ્તાહ દરમિયાન અધિકારીઓ/કર્મચારીઓ માટે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર નિવારણ ઉપાયો અંગે વર્કશોપ, કર્મચારીઓ માટે ક્વિઝ અને વાદ-વિવાદ સ્પર્ધા, જનપરિવાદોનું નિરાકરણ કરવા માટે વિશેષ કેમ્પ તથા તાલુકા સ્તરે ભ્રષ્ટાચારના દૂષણો અંગે ગ્રામસભા જાગૃતિ જેવા વિવિધ કાર્યક્રમો યોજવામાં આવશે.

Postmaster General Krishna Kumar Yadav administered Integrity Pledge to Postal Officials during 'Vigilance Awareness Week' in Ahmedabad

Department of Posts will observe ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ from October 27 to November 2, 2025 in North Gujarat Region. Inaugurating the week at the Regional Office, Ahmedabad Postmaster General, North Gujarat Region, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav, administered the Integrity Pledge to Postal officers and employees, inspiring them to perform their duties with honesty and integrity.

Emphasizing the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility,” Postmaster General Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav urged all officers and employees to promote ethical work practices in every sphere, remain committed to honesty, integrity, and transparency, work relentlessly for the eradication of corruption, become well-versed with work-related rules and regulations, stay conscious of the development and reputation of their organization, and also safeguard the rights and interests of all stakeholders and society at large.

Postmaster General Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav told that ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ is observed every year during the week of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s Birth anniversary (October 31). Its main objective is to spread awareness against corruption and to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability in public life. It encourages citizens to participate in the fight against corruption and raises awareness about the need for ethics in governance and public administration.

Assistant Director Shri Varis M. Vahora told that during the Vigilance Awareness Week, various programs will be organized, including workshops on anti-corruption measures for officials, quiz and debate competitions for staff, special camps for redressal of public grievances, and awareness programs in village assemblies at the tehsil level on the ill effects of corruption.

On this occasion, Assistant Director Shri Varis M. Vahora, Shri M. M. Shaikh, Senior Accounts Officer Smt. Pooja Rathore, Assistant Accounts Officer Shri Chetan Sain, Shri Ram Swaroop Mangawa, Assistant Superintendent Shri Jinesh Patel, Shri Ramesh Patel, Shri Ronak Shah alongwith other officials were present.

देश के 40 स्थानों पर आयोजित हुआ रोजगार मेला, अहमदाबाद में डाक विभाग के तत्त्वावधान में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री निमुबेन बांभनिया ने 155 युवाओं को वितरित किया नियुक्ति पत्र

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में अहमदाबाद सहित देशभर के 40 स्थानों पर 24 अक्टूबर, 2025 को आयोजित रोजगार मेले में सरकारी विभागों में नव-नियुक्तों को 51 हजार से अधिक नियुक्ति-पत्र प्रदान किये। इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री ने विशेष वीडियो सन्देश के माध्यम से नव-नियुक्तों को उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएँ दीं। इस कड़ी में डाक विभाग के तत्त्वावधान में अहमदाबाद में सरदार पटेल नेशनल मेमोरियल प्रेक्षागृह में रोज़गार मेले का आयोजन हुआ। 

मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में श्रीमती निमुबेन जयंतिभाई बांभनिया, केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री (भारत सरकार), उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग ने  महापौर श्रीमती प्रतिभाबेन जैन, विधायक श्री कौशिकभाई जैन, उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव संग दीप प्रज्वलन कर शुभारंभ किया। 

 

 

 

अहमदाबाद में डाक विभाग, रेलवे, आयकर, वित्तीय सेवाएं, सीआइएसएफ, सीआरपीएफ, भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण इत्यादि के नव-नियुक्त युवा अभ्यर्थी रोजगार मेला में शामिल हुए। श्रीमती निमुबेन जयंतिभाई बांभनिया, राज्य मंत्री (भारत सरकार) ने नव नियुक्त अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति-पत्र सौंप कर उनके सुखद भविष्य की कामना की। समारोह के दौरान 29 महिला अभ्यर्थियों सहित कुल 155 नवनियुक्त अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किये गए। नव नियुक्त अभ्यर्थियों ने प्रधानमंत्री जी का आभार व्यक्त कर अपनी ख़ुशी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि यह अवसर उनके जीवन का स्वर्णिम अध्याय है, जो उन्हें राष्ट्र निर्माण में योगदान देने की प्रेरणा देगा।

 

 

 

मुख्य अतिथि रूप में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री श्रीमती निमुबेन जयंतिभाई बांभनिया ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि, देशभर में आज आयोजित इस ‘रोजगार मेला’ ने युवाओं के जीवन में नई रोशनी लेकर आई है और उन्हें दीपावली का एक अनमोल उपहार प्रदान किया है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में अक्टूबर, 2022 से निरंतर आयोजित यह रोजगार मेला बदलते भारत की नई तस्वीर प्रस्तुत कर रहा है — एक ऐसा भारत, जो अवसरों से भरा हुआ भारत है। देश के युवाओं का आत्मविश्वास मजबूत करना हमारा संकल्प है। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ और ‘स्टार्टअप इंडिया’ जैसे अभियानों ने देश में रोजगार सृजन की दिशा में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन लाया है। सरकारी सेवाओं के साथ-साथ वर्तमान में देश में लगभग 1.6 लाख से अधिक स्टार्टअप द्वारा 17.6 लाख से अधिक युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए जा रहे हैं। पीएम सेतु  के माध्यम से आइटीआइ संस्थानों का उन्नयन किया जा रहा है। सभी नव-नियुक्तों से अपेक्षा है कि वे पूरी ईमानदारी और ‘सिटिजन फर्स्ट’ की भावना के साथ कार्य करें और हर नागरिक तक बेहतर सेवाएँ पहुँचाएँ।

 

उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि इस रोज़गार मेले के अवसर पर प्राप्त होने वाला नियुक्ति पत्र सिर्फ एक कागज या दस्तावेज मात्र नहीं है, बल्कि जीवन भर देश की सेवा करने का संकल्प लेने का एक सुनहरा अवसर है। देश के भविष्य के रूप में लोगों को युवाओं से काफी आशाएं हैं। आपसे आशा की जाती है कि समाज के सभी वर्गों के साथ संवेदनात्मक रूप में जुड़ते हुए अपनी पूरी निष्ठा और क्षमता से अपना सकारात्मक  योगदान दें। आज जब आप सभी सरकारी सेवा में अपना पहला कदम रख रहे हैं, तो विभिन्न विभागों में कार्य करते हुए 'आत्मनिर्भर' एवं 'विकसित भारत' के निर्माण में आपकी भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण होगी। आने वाले दिनों में आपका स्किल डेवलेपमेंट, आपकी नवोन्मेषी सोच और कार्य के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता आपके कॅरियर को नई ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाने में मदद करेंगे। 

गौरतलब है कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की प्रेरणा से 22 अक्टूबर, 2022 को आरम्भ हुए इस रोजगार मेला सीरीज के 17वें संस्करण की जिम्मेदारी नोडल डिपार्टमेंट के रूप में भारतीय डाक विभाग को दी गई है। डाक विभाग द्वारा इस क्रम में पांचवीं बार रोजगार मेले का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। पत्र लेखन से लेकर वित्तीय सेवाओं तक, डाकघरों से सभी की पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी तमाम यादें जुड़ी हुई हैं। विश्व के सबसे बड़े डाक नेटवर्क के रूप में भारतीय डाक विभाग रोजगार सृजन में भी अग्रणी रहा है। 1 लाख 60 हजार डाकघरों के साथ न सिर्फ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक अपनी प्रभावी पहुँच स्थापित करता है, बल्कि पिछले 171 साल से 'डाक सेवा जन सेवा' की भावना के साथ सभी के सुख-दुःख का सदैव साथी भी रहा है। 

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस अवसर पर अपने वीडियो सन्देश के माध्यम से  नव-नियुक्तों से अपील की कि वे ‘नागरिक देवो भव’ के मंत्र को न भूलें और सेवा तथा समर्पण की भावना के साथ कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा, “पिछले 11 वर्षों से राष्ट्र विकसित भारत के निर्माण की दिशा में अग्रसर है, जिसमें युवाओं की भूमिका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण रही है।” प्रधानमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि युवाओं को सशक्त बनाना उनकी सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि रोजगार मेले युवाओं की आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करने का एक सशक्त माध्यम बन चुके हैं, और हाल ही में इन मेलों के माध्यम से 11 लाख से अधिक नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित किए गए हैं। सरकार ने ‘पीएम विकसित भारत रोजगार योजना’ शुरू की है, जिसका लक्ष्य 3.5 करोड़ युवाओं को रोजगार प्रदान करना है। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि स्किल इंडिया मिशन युवाओं को आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर रहा है, और नेशनल करियर सर्विस प्लेटफार्म उन्हें नई अवसरों से जोड़ रहा है। इस प्लेटफार्म के माध्यम से अब तक 7 करोड़ से अधिक नौकरियों की जानकारी युवाओं तक पहुंचाई जा चुकी है। 

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि जो उम्मीदवार यूपीएससी की अंतिम सूची तक पहुंचे, लेकिन सेलेक्ट नहीं हुए, उनकी मेहनत भी अब व्यर्थ नहीं जाएगी। ‘प्रतिभा सेतु पोर्टल के माध्यम से निजी व सार्वजनिक संस्थान इन युवाओं को आमंत्रित कर सकते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने आइ-गोट कर्मयोगी भारत प्लेटफार्म की उपयोगिता पर भी जोर दिया, जिसमें लगभग 1.5 करोड़ सरकारी कर्मचारी पहले से ही प्रशिक्षण ले रहे हैं। उन्होंने नव-नियुक्तों को इस प्लेटफार्म से जुड़ने और नए कार्य संस्कृति व अच्छे शासन की भावना को अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने कहा कि जीएसटी बचत उत्सव के माध्यम से इस त्योहारी मौसम में भी रोजगार सृजन में योगदान मिल रहा है।

પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળ 24 ઓક્ટોબર, 2025ના રોજ અમદાવાદ સહિત દેશભરના 40 સ્થળોએ યોજાયેલા રોજગાર મેળામાં સરકારી વિભાગોમાં નવી નિમણૂક મેળવનાર ઉમેદવારોને 51,000 થી વધુ નિમણૂક પત્રો આપવામાં આવ્યા. આ અવસરે પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ વિશેષ વીડિયો સંદેશા મારફતે નવી નિમણૂક મેળવનાર યુવાઓને તેમના ઉજ્જ્વળ ભવિષ્ય માટે શુભકામનાઓ પાઠવી. આ શ્રેણીમાં, અમદાવાદના સરદાર પટેલ રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્મારક સભાગૃહ ખાતે પોસ્ટ વિભાગના નેજા હેઠળ રોજગાર મેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું. મુખ્ય અતિથિ તરીકે ગ્રાહક બાબતો, ખાદ્ય અને જાહેર વિતરણ વિભાગના રાજ્યમંત્રી (ભારત સરકાર) શ્રીમતી નિમુબેન જયંતિભાઈ બાંભણિયાએ મેયર શ્રીમતી પ્રતિભાબેન જૈન, ધારાસભ્ય શ્રી કૌશિકભાઈ જૈન, અને ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્રના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ સાથે દીપ પ્રજ્વલિત કરી કાર્યક્રમનો શુભારંભ કર્યો.

અમદાવાદમાં આયોજિત રોજગાર મેળામાં પોસ્ટ, રેલ્વે, આવકવેરા, નાણાકીય સેવાઓ, સીઆઈએસએફ, સીઆરપીએફ, એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરિટી ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા વગેરે વિભાગોના નવા ભરતી થયેલા યુવા ઉમેદવારોએ ભાગ લીધો. ભારત સરકારના રાજ્ય મંત્રી શ્રીમતી નિમુબેન જયંતિભાઈ બાંભણિયાએ નવી નિમણૂક મેળવનાર ઉમેદવારોને નિમણૂક પત્રો આપીને તેમના સુખદ ભવિષ્ય માટે શુભકામનાઓ પાઠવી. સમારોહ દરમિયાન 29 મહિલા ઉમેદવારો સહિત કુલ 155 નવનિયુક્ત ઉમેદવારોને નિયુક્તિ પત્ર આપ્યા. નવી નિમણૂક મેળવનાર ઉમેદવારોએ પ્રધાનમંત્રીશ્રી પ્રત્યે આભાર વ્યક્ત કરી ખુશી વ્યક્ત કરતાં જણાવ્યું કે આ અવસર તેમના જીવનનો સુવર્ણ અધ્યાય છે, જે તેમને રાષ્ટ્ર નિર્માણમાં યોગદાન આપવા માટે પ્રેરણા આપશે.

મુખ્ય અતિથિ તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત ભારત સરકાર ના રાજ્ય મંત્રી શ્રીમતી નિમુબેન જયંતિભાઈ બાંભણિયાએ પોતાના સંબોધનમાં જણાવ્યું કે આજે દેશભરમાં યોજાયેલ આ ‘રોજગાર મેળા’એ યુવાઓના જીવનમાં નવી રોશની લાવી છે અને તેમને દિવાળીના પર્વ પર એક અનમોલ ઉપહાર આપ્યો છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીજીના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળ ઓક્ટોબર 2022થી સતત યોજાતો આ રોજગાર મેળો બદલાતા ભારતની નવી તસ્વીર રજૂ કરે છે એક એવું ભારત, જે અવસરો થી ભરપૂર છે. તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે દેશના યુવાઓનો આત્મવિશ્વાસ મજબૂત કરવો એ અમારું સંકલ્પ છે. ‘મેક ઇન ઈન્ડિયા’ અને ‘સ્ટાર્ટઅપ ઈન્ડિયા’ જેવા અભિયાનો એ દેશમાં રોજગાર સર્જનની દિશામાં ક્રાંતિકારી પરિવર્તન લાવ્યા છે. સરકારી સેવાઓ સાથે સાથે હાલમાં દેશમાં લગભગ 1.6 લાખથી વધુ સ્ટાર્ટઅપ દ્વારા 17.6 લાખથી વધુ યુવાઓને રોજગારના અવસર પ્રાપ્ત થયા છે. પી.એમ. સેતુ યોજનાના માધ્યમથી આઇ.ટી.આઇ. સંસ્થાઓનું આધુનિકીકરણ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. તમામ નવી નિમણૂક મેળવનાર ઉમેદવારોને તેમણે સંદેશ આપ્યો કે તેઓ સંપૂર્ણ ઈમાનદારી સાથે અને ‘સિટિઝન ફર્સ્ટ’ની ભાવનાથી કાર્ય કરે અને દરેક નાગરિક સુધી ઉત્તમ સેવાઓ પહોંચાડે.

ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્રના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે પોતાના સંબોધનમાં જણાવ્યું કે આ રોજગાર મેળામાં નિમણૂક પત્ર મેળવવો એ ફક્ત કાગળનો ટુકડો કે દસ્તાવેજ નથી, પરંતુ દેશની સેવા માટે જીવનભર પ્રતિજ્ઞા લેવાની સુવર્ણ તક છે. દેશના ભવિષ્ય તરીકે યુવાનો પાસેથી લોકોને ઘણી અપેક્ષાઓ છે.

આ પ્રસંગે એક વીડિયો સંદેશમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ નવનિયુક્ત કર્મચારીઓને 'નાગરિક દેવો ભવ' ના મંત્રને ભૂલશો નહીં અને સેવા અને સમર્પણની ભાવના સાથે કામ કરવા અપીલ કરી. તેમણે કહ્યું, "છેલ્લા 11 વર્ષથી, રાષ્ટ્ર એક વિકસિત ભારતનું નિર્માણ કરવા તરફ આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે, જેમાં યુવાનોની ભૂમિકા સર્વોચ્ચ રહી છે." પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ એમ પણ કહ્યું કે યુવાનોને સશક્ત બનાવવું એ તેમની સરકારની ટોચની પ્રાથમિકતા છે. તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે રોજગાર મેળા યુવાનોની આકાંક્ષાઓને પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે એક શક્તિશાળી માધ્યમ બની ગયા છે, અને તાજેતરમાં, આ મેળાઓ દ્વારા 11 લાખથી વધુ નિમણૂક પત્રોનું વિતરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. સરકારે 'પીએમ વિકાસિત ભારત રોજગાર યોજના' શરૂ કરી છે, જેનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય 3.5 કરોડથી  વધુ  યુવાનોને રોજગાર પૂરો પાડવાનો છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું કે સ્કિલ ઇન્ડિયા મિશન યુવાનોને જરૂરી તાલીમ આપી રહ્યું છે, અને રાષ્ટ્રીય કારકિર્દી સેવા પ્લેટફોર્મ તેમને નવી તકો સાથે જોડી રહ્યું છે. અત્યાર સુધીમાં, આ પ્લેટફોર્મ દ્વારા યુવાનોને 7 કરોડથી વધુ નોકરીઓ વિશે માહિતી પૂરી પાડવામાં આવી છે.

પ્રધાનમંત્રીશ્રીએ જણાવ્યું કે જે ઉમેદવારો યુપીએસસીની અંતિમ યાદી સુધી પહોંચ્યા પરંતુ પસંદગી ન થઈ શક્યા, તેમની મહેનત હવે વ્યર્થ નહીં જાય. ‘પ્રતિભા સેતુ’ પોર્ટલ મારફતે ખાનગી અને સરકારી સંસ્થાઓ આવા પ્રતિભાશાળી યુવાઓને આમંત્રણ આપી શકે છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ આઇ-ગોટ કર્મયોગી ભારત પ્લેટફોર્મની ઉપયોગિતા પર પણ ભાર મૂક્યો, જેમાં લગભગ 1.5 કરોડ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ પહેલેથી જ તાલીમ લઈ રહ્યા છે. તેમણે નવી નિમણૂક મેળવનાર યુવાઓને આ પ્લેટફોર્મ સાથે જોડાવા અને નવી કાર્ય સંસ્કૃતિ તથા સુશાસનની ભાવનાને આત્મસાત કરવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા. પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી મોદીએ કહ્યું કે જી.એસ.ટી બચત ઉત્સવ આ તહેવારોની સિઝન દરમિયાન પણ રોજગાર સર્જનમાં ફાળો આપી રહ્યો છે.

State Minister Smt. Nimuben Bambhaniya distributed appointment letters to 155 youths in the ‘Rozgar Mela’ held in Ahmedabad

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, over 51,000 appointment letters were distributed to newly recruited candidates in various Government Departments across 40 locations nationwide, including Ahmedabad, during the Rozgar Mela held on 24th October 2025. On this occasion, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi conveyed his best wishes to the newly appointed candidates for a bright and successful future through a special video message. In this chain, under the auspices of the Department of Posts, Rozgar Mela was organized at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Memorial, Ahmedabad. As the Chief Guest, Smt. Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya, State Minister (Government of India), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp along with Mayor Smt. Pratibhaben Jain, MLA Shri Kaushikbhai Jain, and Postmaster General of North Gujarat Region, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav.

In Ahmedabad, newly recruited candidates from the Department of Posts, Railways, Income Tax, Financial Services, CISF, CRPF, Airports Authority of India, and other departments participated in the Rozgar Mela. Smt. Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya, State Minister in Government of India, handed over appointment letters to the newly recruited candidates and wished them a bright future. During the ceremony, a total of 155 newly recruited candidates, including 29 women, were given appointment letters. The newly recruited candidates expressed their gratitude to the Prime Minister and shared their happiness, saying that this opportunity marks a golden chapter in their lives and will inspire them to contribute to nation-building.

As the Chief Guest, State Minister Smt. Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya said in her address that today’s Rozgar Mela held across the country has brought new light into the lives of youth and presented them with a precious Diwali gift. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, this Rozgar Mela, continuously organized since October 2022, is presenting a new picture of a changing India — an India full of opportunities. Strengthening the confidence of the country’s youth is our firm resolve. State Minister Smt. Nimuben Bambhaniya said that initiatives like ‘Make in India’ and ‘Startup India’ have brought revolutionary changes in the direction of employment generation in the country. In addition to government services, currently over 1.6 lakh startups are providing employment opportunities to more than 17.6 lakh youth. ITI institutions are being upgraded through the PM-Setu initiative. All newly recruited candidates are expected to perform their duties with full honesty and the spirit of ‘Citizen First’, delivering better services to every citizen.

Postmaster General, North Gujarat Region, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said in his address that the appointment letter received on the occasion of this Rozgar Mela is not only a paper or document but also a golden opportunity to take a pledge to serve the country throughout life. People have many hopes from the youth as the future of the country.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, through video message appealed to the new appointees to not forget the mantra of ‘Nagarik Devo Bhava’ and work by upholding the spirit of service and dedication. Further said that the nation has been advancing with a resolve to build a developed India, with the youth playing the most pivotal role in this journey. Prime Minister also emphasized that empowering the youth is the highest priority of his government. He mentioned that Rozgar Mela has become a powerful means to fulfill the aspirations of the youth, and recently, over 11 lakh appointment letters have been distributed through these Rozgar Melas. The government has launched the ‘PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana’ with a target to provide employment to 3.5 crore youth. He further remarked that initiatives like the Skill India Mission are equipping youth with necessary training, while platforms such as the National Career Service are connecting them with new opportunities. Through this platform, information on more than 7 crore vacancies has already been shared with the youth.

The Prime Minister said that the efforts of candidates who reached the final UPSC list but were not selected will not go in vain. Through the Pratibha Setu Portal, private and public institutions are now engaging with these talented individuals through the portal. The Prime Minister also emphasized the utility of the iGOT Karmayogi Bharat platform, through which around 1.5 crore government employees are already learning through it. He encouraged the new appointees to join the platform, which would instill a new work culture and a spirit of good governance. Prime Minister Shri Modi further stated that the GST Bachat Utsav is contributing to employment generation even during this festive season.

Department of Posts announces 'Dhai Akhar' National Letter Writing Competition on the topic ‘A Letter to My Role Model’

भारतीय डाक विभाग द्वारा लोगों में पत्र लेखन को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु राष्ट्रीय स्तर पत्र लेखन प्रतियोगिता 'ढाई आखर' का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। यह पहल न केवल लेखन कौशल को निखारने का अवसर प्रदान करती है, बल्कि लोगों को अपनी संवेदनाओं को सशक्त शब्दों में व्यक्त करने का भी मंच देती है। उत्तर गुजरात परिक्षेत्र, अहमदाबाद के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि इस प्रतियोगिता में ‘एक पत्र अपने रोल मॉडल के नाम’ विषय पर प्रतिभागियों को अपने विचारों को व्यक्त करते हुए एक पत्र लिखना होगा, जिसे संबंधित राज्य या परिमंडल के चीफ पोस्टमास्टर जनरल को संबोधित करना है। इस प्रतियोगिता में पत्र चुने जाने पर पाँच हजार से पचास हजार रूपये तक का पुरस्कार भी मिलेगा। इसके लिए विभिन्न स्कूल-कॉलेज डाक विभाग के साथ मिलकर अपने यहाँ पर आयोजन कर सकते हैं। इसकी अंतिम तिथि 08 दिसम्बर, 2025 है।

पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि इस  'ढाई आखर' पत्र लेखन प्रतियोगिता में किसी भी उम्र के लोग भाग ले सकते हैं। पहला वर्ग 18 वर्ष तक तथा दूसरा 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वर्ग का होगा। पत्र डाक विभाग द्वारा जारी अंतर्देशीय पत्र अथवा लिफाफे में ही स्वीकार्य होगा,  जिसमें क्रमशः 500 और 1,000 शब्दों में अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी अथवा स्थानीय भाषा में हाथ से पत्र लिखा जा सकता है। पत्र में अपना पूरा नाम, पता, जन्मतिथि, मोबाइल नंबर और विद्यालय के नाम सहित संबंधित परिमंडल के चीफ पोस्टमास्टर जनरल के पते पर 08 दिसम्बर, 2025 तक भेजना होगा।

पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तरों पर विभिन्न 4 श्रेणियों में तीन-तीन पुरस्कार प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इनमें परिमंडलीय (राज्य) स्तर पर चयनित श्रेष्ठ पत्रों को प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय श्रेणी में क्रमश: 25 हजार, 10 हजार व  5 हजार रूपए का पुरस्कार दिया जायेगा। राष्ट्रीय  स्तर पर चयनित श्रेष्ठ पत्रों को प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय श्रेणी में क्रमश: 50 हजार, 25 हजार व 10 हजार रूपए का पुरस्कार दिया जायेगा। कुल मिलाकर पूरे देश में 40 लाख 20 हजार रूपये के पुरस्कार विजेताओं को दिए जायेंगे। इस संबंध में ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए विभिन्न मंडलों के अधीक्षक और प्रधान डाकघर के पोस्टमास्टर से संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि वर्तमान डिजिटल युग में जहाँ संवाद के साधन तेज़ और तात्कालिक हो गए हैं, वहीं पत्र लेखन की कला आज भी अपनी आत्मीयता और संवेदनशीलता के कारण प्रासंगिक बनी हुई है। पत्र केवल शब्दों का आदान-प्रदान नहीं, बल्कि भावनाओं, स्मृतियों और मानवीय संबंधों की गहराई को व्यक्त करने का माध्यम है। 'ढाई आखर' एक राष्ट्रीय स्तर की पहल है, जिसका उद्देश्य युवाओं में रचनात्मकता, मौलिकता व आत्म-अभिव्यक्ति को प्रोत्साहित करके उन्हें डाक और फिलेटली से पुनः परिचित कराना है। यह जन सामान्य के लिए उनके लेखन कौशल और प्रतिभा को प्रदर्शित करने का एक मंच भी है। ‘ढाई आखर’ अभियान शब्दों के माध्यम से दिलों को जोड़ने का एक प्रयास है — यह न केवल पत्र लेखन की कला का उत्सव है, बल्कि संवेदनाओं को सजीव करने और विचारों को साकार रूप देने का अवसर भी प्रदान करता है।

‘ઢાઈ આખર’ પત્રલેખન સ્પર્ધા દ્વારા યુવાનોમાં સર્જનાત્મકતા, મૌલિકતા અને આત્મઅભિવ્યક્તિને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ – પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવ

ભારતીય ડાક વિભાગ દ્વારા લોકોને પત્રલેખન માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા હેતુથી રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરની પત્રલેખન સ્પર્ધા ‘ઢાઈ આખર’નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. આ પહેલ માત્ર લેખનકૌશલ્યને ઉન્નત કરવાની તક પૂરું પાડતી નથી, પરંતુ લોકોને તેમની લાગણીઓને શક્તિશાળી શબ્દોમાં વ્યક્ત કરવા માટે એક મંચ પણ પૂરું પાડે છે. ઉત્તર ગુજરાત પરિક્ષેત્ર, અમદાવાદના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે આ સ્પર્ધામાં ‘તમારા રોલ મોડલને એક પત્ર’ વિષય પર ભાગ લેનારાઓએ પોતાના વિચારો વ્યક્ત કરતો એક પત્ર લખવાનો રહેશે, જે સંબંધિત રાજ્ય અથવા પરિમંડળના ચીફ પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલને સંબોધિત કરવાનો રહેશે. આ સ્પર્ધામાં પસંદ થયેલ પત્રને રૂપિયા પાંચ હજારથી પચાસ હજાર સુધીનું ઇનામ મળશે. આ માટે વિવિધ શાળા-કૉલેજો ડાક વિભાગ સાથે મળીને પોતાને ત્યાં આયોજન કરી શકે છે. સ્પર્ધાની છેલ્લી તારીખ 8 ડિસેમ્બર, 2025 છે.

પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે આ ‘ઢાઈ આખર’ પત્રલેખન સ્પર્ધામાં કોઈપણ વયના લોકો ભાગ લઈ શકે છે. પ્રથમ વર્ગ 18 વર્ષ સુધીના અને બીજો વર્ગ 18 વર્ષથી વધુ વયના ભાગ લેનારાઓ માટે રહેશે. પત્ર ફક્ત ડાક વિભાગ દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલા આંતરદેશીય પત્ર અથવા કવર પર જ સ્વીકાર્ય રહેશે, જેમાં અનુક્રમે 500 અને 1000 શબ્દોમાં અંગ્રેજી, હિન્દી અથવા સ્થાનિક ભાષામાં હાથેથી લખાયેલ પત્ર મોકલી શકાય છે. પત્રમાં પોતાનું પૂરું નામ, સરનામું, જન્મતારીખ, મોબાઇલ નંબર અને શાળાનું નામ લખીને સંબંધિત પરિમંડળના ચીફ પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલના સરનામે 8 ડિસેમ્બર, 2025 સુધી મોકલવાનો રહેશે.

પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે સ્પર્ધાના વિજેતાઓને રાજ્ય અને રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે વિવિધ ચાર શ્રેણીઓમાં ત્રણ-ત્રણ પુરસ્કારો આપવામાં આવશે. પરિમંડળીય (રાજ્ય) સ્તરે પસંદ થયેલા શ્રેષ્ઠ પત્રોને અનુક્રમે પ્રથમ, દ્વિતીય અને તૃતીય ક્રમે રૂપિયા 25 હજાર, 10 હજાર અને 5 હજારનું પુરસ્કાર આપવામાં આવશે. રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે પસંદ થયેલા શ્રેષ્ઠ પત્રોને અનુક્રમે પ્રથમ, દ્વિતીય અને તૃતીય ક્રમે રૂપિયા 50 હજાર, 25 હજાર અને 10 હજારનું પુરસ્કાર આપવામાં આવશે. આ રીતે દેશભરમાં કુલ રૂપિયા 40 લાખ 20 હજારના પુરસ્કારો વિજેતાઓને આપવામાં આવશે. આ સંબંધમાં વધુ માહિતી માટે વિવિધ મંડળોના અધિક્ષકો તથા હેડ પોસ્ટ ઓફિસના પોસ્ટમાસ્ટરનો સંપર્ક કરી શકાય છે.

પોસ્ટમાસ્ટર જનરલ શ્રી કૃષ્ણ કુમાર યાદવે જણાવ્યું કે વર્તમાન ડિજિટલ યુગમાં જ્યાં સંવાદના સાધનો ઝડપી અને તાત્કાલિક બની ગયા છે, ત્યાં પણ પત્રલેખનની કલા તેની આત્મિયતા અને સંવેદનશીલતાના કારણે આજે પણ એટલી જ પ્રાસંગિક છે. પત્ર માત્ર શબ્દોના આદાન-પ્રદાનનું માધ્યમ નથી, પરંતુ લાગણીઓ, સ્મૃતિઓ અને માનવીય સંબંધોની ઊંડાણ વ્યક્ત કરવાની એક સુંદર રીત છે. ‘ઢાઈ આખર’ એક રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરની પહેલ છે, જેનો હેતુ યુવાનોમાં સર્જનાત્મકતા, મૌલિકતા અને આત્મઅભિવ્યક્તિને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરીને તેમને ફરીથી ડાક અને ફિલેટલી સાથે જોડવાનો છે. આ અભિયાન સામાન્ય જનતાને તેમના લેખનકૌશલ્ય અને પ્રતિભા પ્રદર્શિત કરવાની તક પૂરું પાડે છે. ‘ઢાઈ આખર’ અભિયાન શબ્દોના માધ્યમથી દિલોને જોડવાનો એક પ્રયાસ છે — આ માત્ર પત્રલેખન કલાનો ઉત્સવ નથી, પરંતુ લાગણીઓને જીવંત બનાવવાની અને વિચારોને સાકાર સ્વરૂપ આપવાની એક સુંદર તક પણ છે.

'Dhai Akhar’ Letter Writing Competition aims to encourage Creativity, Originality, and Self-Expression Among Youth — Postmaster General Krishna Kumar Yadav

Department of Posts is organizing National Letter Writing Competition, 'Dhai Akhar' to encourage letter writing among the people. This initiative encourages individuals to express their emotions through meaningful words and helps them to enhance their writing abilities. Postmaster General of North Gujarat Region, Ahmedabad Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav, said that participants are required to write a letter on the subject “A Letter to My Role Model”, expressing their thoughts, and address it to the Chief Postmaster General of the concerned State or Circle. Selected letters in this competition will be awarded prizes ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹50,000. Various schools and colleges can collaborate with the Department of Posts to organize this event.The last date for submission is 8th December 2025.

Postmaster General Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that people of any age can participate in 'Dhai Akhar' letter writing competition. The first category is for participants up to 18 years of age, while the second category is for those above 18 years. Letters will only be accepted in the inland letter or envelope issued by the Department of Posts, and can be handwritten in English, Hindi, or any vernacular language in 500 and 1,000 words respectively. Letter must include the participant’s full name, address, date of birth, mobile number, and school/college name, and should be sent to the Chief Postmaster General of the respective circle by 8th December 2025.

Postmaster General Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav said that the winners of the competition will be awarded in four different categories at the state and national levels, with three prizes in each category. At the circle (state) level, the selected best letters will receive ₹25,000, ₹10,000, and ₹5,000 for first, second, and third positions, respectively. Prizes of ₹50,000/-, ₹25,000/- and ₹10,000/-will be given to the best letters selected at National level in first, second and third positions respectively. Overall, prizes worth Rs. 40.20 lakhs will be given to the winners across the country. For more information, participants can contact the Superintendents of their respective Divisions and the Postmasters of the Head Post offices.

Letters are not merely a medium of exchanging words; they convey emotions, memories, and the depth of human relationships. ‘Dhai Akhar’ is a national-level initiative aimed at reintroducing youth to postal services and philately by encouraging creativity, originality, and self-expression. It is also a platform for individuals to showcase their writing skills and talent. The ‘Dhai Akhar’ letter writing competition is an effort to connect hearts through words. It is a celebration of the art of letter writing and a platform to bring emotions to life and give meaningful expression to thoughts.
