Net savvy duo gets 'Best Couple Blogger of Decade' award

The net-savvy husband-wife duo Krishna Kumar Yadav and Akanksha Yadav have been presented the "Couple Blogger of the Decade", award by 'Parikalpana Group' at an international conference of bloggers at Rai Umanath Bali Auditorium in Lucknow.

The award was jointly given to the couple by renowned litterateur Udbhrant, ex-Inspector General of Police Shailendra Sagar and Director of Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan Sudhakar Adib at the conference.

KK Yadav who is posted as Director Postal Services, Allahabad Region in the city is also known for his literary works and has penned six books. He is active in the field of Hindi blogging with blogs 'Dakiya Dak Laya' and 'Sabd Srijan Ki Aur'. His two blogs showcased comments from the bloggers from 94 and 64 countries respectively.

His wife Akanksha Yadav who writes intensively on women empowerment is famous for blog' Sabd Sikhar'. People from 66 countries have studied her blog other than above, this couple jointly operates blogs 'Saptrangi Prem', 'Bal Dunia' and 'Utsav ke Rang'.

The Director also shares interesting facts related to Department of Posts with his readers, alongwith his literary works in the two blogs separately created for the purpose while Akanksha writes about various aspects of Hindi literature in her blog, 'Shabd Shikhar'.

Interestingly, their daughter Akshitaa (Pakhi)'s blog 'Pakhi ki Duniya' who has been awarded 'National Child Award' by the Government of India last year, received comments from 94 countries.

"The blogs are a medium to express our creative insight. We started blogging in the year 2008 and within five years we were operating ten blogs on various subjects, "said KK Yadav.

He added, after the start of Hindi blogging in the year 2003, people like him found a new medium to express themselves and showcase their creatively across the globe. The couple said that Hindi language would be propagated in a better way with the help of blogs.
