World Hindi Day: Postmaster General's family is engaged in the development of Hindi with three generations

'World Hindi Day' is celebrated every year on 10th January. Its purpose is to create awareness for the promotion of Hindi in the world and to present Hindi as an international language. Many institutions, government departments and scholars are working at their level to enrich Hindi. Among these, there is also a unique family in UP, whose three generations are striving to enrich Hindi and being honored in many countries at the international level.

In the family of Krishna Kumar Yadav, Postmaster General of Varanasi Region, his father Ram Shiv Murti Yadav, wife Akanksha Yadav and both daughters Akshitaa and Apurva are continuously giving new dimensions to Hindi through their writings and blogging. Apart from publication in various magazines and journals 7 books of Krishna Kumar Yadav and 3 books of Akanksha have been published. The name of this family is also leading internationally in the field of Hindi blogging.

 Yadav couple, who have been honored with the 'Best Blogger Couple of the Decade' , have received  other awards including 'Parikalpana Blogging SAARC Summit award' in the 'International Hindi Blogger Conference' held in Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. Akanksha Yadav's blog 'Shabd Shikhar' has also been honored as the most popular Hindi blog in the 'People's Choice Award' category during the Global Media Forum (2015) in Bonn, Germany.

 Both their daughters Akshitaa (Pakhi) and Apurva, studying in Sunbeam School, Varuna, Varanasi, are also following the same path and are creative in Hindi despite studying in English medium.  Akshitaa has been honored with the 'National Child Award' by the Government of India for her blog 'Pakhi Ki Duniya', while 'Parikalpana SAARC Junio Blogger Award' in International Hindi Blogger Conference, Sri Lanka (2015). Apurva also alerted people with her poems during the Corona epidemic.

 Postmaster General Krishna Kumar Yadav says that Hindi is one of the leading languages of the world in terms of creation and expression.  In this era of digital revolution, Hindi has the potential to become a world language.  At the same time, Akanksha Yadav believes that Hindi language is a medium of expression of Indian culture as well as a powerful medium to strengthen the emotional unity of India. If you speak Hindi anywhere in the world, you will be recognized as an Indian.
