Constitution Day : डाक विभाग ने मनाया 'संविधान दिवस', 'भारत : लोकतंत्र की जननी' थीम पर हुआ आयोजन

डाक विभाग द्वारा वाराणसी परिक्षेत्र के सभी डाकघरों और प्रशासनिक कार्यालयों में 'संविधान दिवस' मनाया गया। क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय में वाराणसी परिक्षेत्र के पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने सभी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के साथ, संविधान की उद्देशिका का पाठ और वाचन किया, जिसे सभी ने दोहराते हुए संविधान में निहित मूल्यों के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता जाहिर की। इस वर्ष 'संविधान दिवस' की थीम 'भारत : लोकतंत्र की जननी' है। तमाम डाककर्मियों ने ऑनलाइन उद्देशिका का वाचन और क्विज प्रतियोगिता में भी भाग लिया।

इस अवसर पर पोस्टमास्टर जनरल श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने कहा कि, भारतीय संविधान विश्व का सबसे बड़ा संविधान ही नहीं, विश्व के लोकतान्त्रिक इतिहास का अद्वितीय दस्तावेज है। हमारे संविधान का प्रत्येक अनुच्छेद हर नागरिक के अधिकारों की गारंटी है और कर्तव्य का पवित्र स्मरण है। श्री यादव ने कहा कि हमारा संविधान समानता के अधिकार और लोकतांत्रिक दृष्टिकोण के साथ प्रगति व समृद्धि का रास्ता दिखाता है। संविधान में निहित भावना को अंगीकार करके ही हम लोगों का कल्याण कर सकते हैं।

इस अवसर पर सहायक निदेशक राम मिलन, ब्रजेश शर्मा, लेखाधिकारी महेंद्र प्रताप वर्मा, डाक निरीक्षक श्रीकान्त पाल, वीएन द्विवेदी, निजी सचिव राकेश कुमार, राजेन्द्र प्रसाद यादव, राहुल वर्मा, शम्भु प्रसाद गुप्ता, शशिकांत वर्मा, रामचंद्र यादव, अजिता कुमारी, अभिलाषा  सहित तमाम अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों ने संविधान दिवस पर शपथ ली।

'Constitution Day' was celebrated by the Department of Posts in all the post offices and administrative offices of Varanasi Region. In the Regional office, Postmaster General of Varanasi Region Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav, along with all the officers and employees, read and recited the Preamble of the Constitution, reiterating the same everyone expressed their commitment to the values ​​enshrined in the Constitution. This year the theme of 'Constitution Day' is 'India: The Mother of Democracy'. Postal employees also took part in online preamble reading and quiz competition.

Highlighting about the Indian Constitution, Postmaster General Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav said that the Constitution of India is not only the largest constitution in the world but also a unique document in the democratic history of the world. Each article of our Constitution is a guarantee of the rights of every citizen and a sacred reminder of the duty. Mr. Yadav said that rights and duties are correlative and inseparable. Our constitution shows the path of progress and prosperity with equal rights and democratic approach. We can do the welfare of the people only by adopting the spirit enshrined in the constitution.

On this occasion, Assistant Director Ram Milan, Brijesh Sharma, Senior Accounts Officer Mahendra Pratap Verma, Inspector Posts Shrikant Pal, VN Dwivedi, Private Secretary Rakesh Kumar, Rajendra Prasad Yadav, Rahul Verma, Shambhu Prasad Gupta, Shashikant Verma, Ramchandra Yadav, Ajita Kumari, Abhilasha Including all the officers and employees took pledge on the Constitution Day to promote the constitutional values in our society .
