डाकघर के माध्यम से विदेशों से पैसे मंगाने पर मिलेगा सुनिश्चित उपहार

डाकघरों के माध्यम से विदेशों से पैसे मंगाना अब और भी आकर्षक हो गया है। अब जब भी विदेशों में रहने वाले आप के परिजन आपको पैसे भेजें तो किसी चुनिन्दा पोस्ट ऑफिस जाइये, यहाँ आप को आसानी से पैसे तो मिलेंगे ही, साथ में आप को एक सुनिश्चित उपहार भी मिलेगा। उपरोक्त जानकारी इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएँ, कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने दी।

निदेशक डाक सेवाएँ कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि भारतीय डाक विभाग ने वेस्टर्न यूनियन सर्विसेस इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के साथ मिल कर डाकघरों के माध्यम से विदेशों से पैसा मंगाने वाले ग्राहकों के लिए यह विशेष योजना शुरू की है। 30 सितंबर तक चलने वाली इस योजना के अंतर्गत अब जब भी ग्राहक विदेश से भेजे गए अपने पैसे का भुगतान लेने किसी चुनिंदा डाकघर जाएंगे तो डाकघर द्वारा उन्हें एक सुनिश्चित उपहार भी दिया जाएगा।डाक निदेशक श्री यादव ने बताया कि इस योजना की खास बात यह है कि उपरोक्त समयावधि के दौरान ग्राहक जितनी बार पैसे लेने आएगा उतनी बार उसे डाकघर द्वारा उपहार दिया जाएगा।इसके अतिरिक्त ग्राहकों के पास मौका होगा कि वो लकी ड्रॉ में शामिल हो कर मोबाइल भी जीत सकते हैं।

गौरतलब है कि पिछले एक दशक से भी ज्यादा समय से भारतीय डाक वेस्टर्न यूनियन मनीट्रान्सफर सेवा के तहत अपने ग्राहकों को विदेश से पैसे मंगाने की सुविधा दे रहा है। डाक निदेशक कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया पूरे भारत में ये सुविधा लगभग 7100 डाकघरों के माध्यम से दी जा रही है। वहीं इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र में आने वाले 10 जिलों के 97 प्रमुख डाकघरों में वर्तमान में ये सुविधा दी जा रही है। इलाहाबाद जनपद में इलाहाबाद प्रधान डाकघर व इलाहाबाद कचहरी प्रधान डाकघर के अलावा ये सुविधा हंडिया, इलाहाबाद सिटी (जोनसेनगंज) , कवेलरी लाइंस (तेलियरगंज), जी. टी. बी. नगर, हाईकोर्ट, बहादुरगंज, फाफामऊ, अतरामपुर, सिराथू, दारागंज, मुट्ठीगंज, लालगोपालगंज, सोरांव व सैदाबाद डाकघरों में उपलब्ध है।

       

निदेशक श्री यादव ने बताया कि पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में वेस्टर्न यूनियन मनी ट्रान्सफर सेवा के द्वारा इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र में डाकघरों के माध्यम से कुल 15231 भुगतान किए गए,जिसमें से सबसे ज्यादा 4992 लेनदेन इलाहाबाद डाक मंडल में किए गए। गौरतलब है कि सबसे ज्यादा पैसे सऊदी अरब, संयुक्त अरब अमीरात आदि खाड़ी देशों में काम करने वाले अप्रवासी भारतीयों द्वारा भेजा जाता है।

Now whenever your relatives, residing in foreign countries, send you money, visit the nearest identified Post Office, there not only you will receive you money conveniently, you will be presented an assured gift by the Post Office. Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav, Director Postal Services said that Department of Posts has started this special scheme in collaboration with Western Union Services India Private Ltd. as a consumer promotion initiative for customers who receive their foreign remittances through Post Office. This scheme will be operational upto 30 September, and under this scheme every time a customer visits Post office to collect his foreign remittance he will be given an assured gift. Mr. Yadav further added that other than these assured gifts customers will have the opportunity to enter in lucky draw and win mobile handsets.

           

It is worthwhile to mention here that for more than a decade Postal Department is providing their customers the facility to receive remittances from foreign countries under the Western Union International Money Transfer Service. Director Postal services Mr. K. K. Yadav told that this facility is available in 7100 Post offices across the country. While out of 10 districts of Allahabad region this service is being offered at 97 identified Post Offices. In Allahabad District itself, other than Allahabad and Allahabad Kutchery Head Post offices, this facility is available in Handia, Allahabad City (Johnstenganj), C. Lines (Teliyarganj), GTB Nagar, High Court, Bahadurganj, Fafamau, Atrampur, Sirathu, Daraganj, Mutthiganj, Lalgopalganj, Soraon, and Saidabad Post Offices.

           

Director Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav said that in the financial year 2012-13, 15231 transactions were made in Allahabad region, out of which the share of Allahabad Postal Division was the highest i.e. 4992 transactions. He also mentioned that most of the inbound remittances are sent by Non- resident Indians residing in Gulf Countries like Saudi Arab, United Arab Emirates etc.

Now get more remittances under International Money Transfer Services from Post Offices

ALLAHABAD: The transferring of money from abroad has always been a problem. However, the International Money Transfer Scheme (IMTS) of the department of Posts has made it comparatively quick and easier.

Elaborating on various aspects of the scheme, director postal services, Allahabad region Krishna Kumar Yadav said that with the cooperation of private money transfer firm, the money sent through abroad can be obtained by the recipient in India within few minutes, in selected post offices. Basically this service is available for those NRIs, whose families reside in India. In this service a special code is issued to sender and receiver can obtained payment very easily through this code.

Yadav further intimated that under this scheme the number of remittance has been enhanced from 12 to 30 times for single beneficiary in a calendar year from June 2012. Due to this, there is great scope to transfer money from abroad. In this service there is no facility of remittance to abroad. In 2011; 6,253 transactions were done, while in current year upto May 2012; 2,198 transactions took place in Allahabad. Although about 500 IMTS transactions are being done every month, in Allahabad.

Yadav added that the maximum limit of USD 2,500 can be sent at a time as per RBI regulations, which must however be only for personal use. Due to this the payment under this service is made to the person not to any firm, company, trust or society. Amounts upto INR. 50,000/- may be paid to the beneficiary in cash. Any amount exceeding this limit shall be paid by means of account payee cheque or credited directly to the savings account in the post office in the name of the beneficiary. However, in case of foreign tourists, higher amounts can be payable in cash.

He said in Allahabad region there are 89 post offices including all head post offices, where this service is available. Among these there are 18 post offices in Allahabad division, where the service of IMTS is made available. Allahabad includes services at Allahabad HO, Kutchery HO, Allahabad city, high court, Cavalry Line, GTB Nagar, Bahadurganj, CDA Pension, Athrampur, Bharwari, Handia, Karchhana, Manjhanpur, Phoolpur, Naini, Sirathu and Soraon post offices. The post offices have been directed to treat the payee as "most favoured customers", which ensures courteous and efficient service to them.

डाक विभाग की इण्टरनेशनल मनी ट्रान्सफर सेवा : अब 12 की बजाय साल भर में 30 बार विदेशों से धन मंगाने की सुविधा

विदेशों से धन मंगाना सदैव से एक समस्या रही है पर डाक विभाग की इण्टरनेशनल मनी ट्रान्सफर सेवा ने इसे बेहद सुगम, आसान और त्वरित बना दिया है। इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के डाक निदेशक श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि वेस्टर्न यूनियन फाइनेन्सियल सर्विसेज प्रा0 लि0 के सहयोग से आरम्भ इस सेवा के अन्तर्गत प्रेषक द्वारा विदेशों से भेजी जाने वाली धनराशि चन्द मिनटों में ही प्राप्तकर्ता द्वारा प्राप्त की जा सकती है। यह सेवा मूलतः उन प्रवासीय भारतीयों के लिए है जिनके परिवार वाले भारत में रहते हैं। इसके अन्तर्गत एक विशेष कोड जारी किया जाता है, जिसको बताकर प्राप्तकर्ता यहाँ भारत में उसका भुगतान आसानी से ले सकता है।

डाक निदेशक श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि इस सेवा के तहत एक कैलेण्डर वर्ष में पहले एक व्यक्ति द्वारा मात्र 12 बार धन विदेशों से मंगाया जा सकता था, जिसे कि जून 2012 से बढ़ाकर 30 कर दिया गया हैं। इससे इस सेवा के तहत धन मंगाने की आमद में काफी वृद्धि होने की संभावना हैं। इस सेवा में मात्र विदेशों से धन मंगाने की सुविधा है, विदेशों को धन भेजने की नहीं। फिलहाल इलाहाबाद में हर माह लगभग 500 लोग आई0एम0टी0एस0 के माध्यम से विभिन्न देशों से धन मंगा रहे हैं। वर्ष 2011 में जहाँ 6253 बार डाकघरों से धन मंगाया गया, वहीं इस वर्ष माह मई तक 2198 बार धन मंगाया जा चुका हैं।

गौरतलब है कि इस सेवा के तहत एक बार में मंगायी गयी राशि 2500 यू0एस0 डालर से ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए। इसमें 50 हजार रूपये तक की धनराशि नकद एवं उससे ज्यादा धनराशि चेक/डिमाण्ड ड्राफ्ट के द्वारा दी जाती है। इस सेवा का उपयोग मात्र व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए किया जा सकता है न कि किसी प्रकार के व्यवसायी उपयोग के लिए। इसी कारण इसका भुगतान मात्र व्यक्ति को किया जा सकता है, किसी फर्म, कम्पनी, ट्रस्ट, सोसाइटी को नहीं। श्री यादव ने बताया कि डाकघर में बिना असुविधा के प्राप्तकर्ता को धन प्राप्त होता है। इसके लिए उसे मात्र एक विशेष टी0आर0एम0 फार्म भरना पड़ता है और कुछ चुनिन्दा पहचान पत्र जैसे-पासपोर्ट, ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स, वोटर कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, राशन कार्ड, केन्द्र-राज्य कर्मचारियों के पहचान पत्र इत्यादि प्रस्तुत करना पड़ता है।

डाक निदेशक श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने बताया कि इलाहाबाद परिक्षेत्र के सभी प्रधान डाकघरों सहित कुल 89 डाकघरों में यह सेवा उपलब्ध है। इनमें इलाहाबाद में कुल 18 डाकघरों में इण्टरनेशलन मनी ट्रान्सफर सेवा की विशेष सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी गयी हैं, जिनमें इलाहाबाद प्रधान डाकघर, कचेहरी प्रधान डाकघर, इलाहाबाद सिटी डाकघर, हाईकोर्ट डाकघर, केवेलरी लाइन्स, जीटीबी नगर, दारागंज, बहादुरगंज, सीडीए पेंन्शन, अटरामपुर, भरवारी, हंडिया, करछना, मन्झनपुर, फूलपुर, नैनी, सिराथू एवं सोरांव डाकघर शामिल हैं।
