A renowned literary and cultural organization, 'Aagman' has selected the Director Postal Services, Allahabad Region and a young litterateur, Krishna Kumar Yadav , for this year's 'Dushyant Kumar Award'. It will be conferred on him on November 23 in Noida during its annual felicitation function. This information was provided by Pawan Jain, founder of 'Aagman'.
It is worthwhile to mention here that Apart from being a Senior officer in Government service, Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav is active in the field of literature, writing, blogging, and social media and has published 07 books namely 'Abhilasha' (Poem Collection), 'Abhivyaktiyon ke bahane' and 'Anubhutiyan aur vimarsh' (Eassay collection), India Post: 150 Glorious Years, 'Krantiyagya : 1857-1947 ki gatha', 'Jungle me cricket' (Children Poetry) and recently published '16 ane 16 log'. His creative works are published in various magazines and journals issued in country and abroad, web magazines published on the internet and blogs.
Mr. Yadav has been felicitated by more than hundred awards and honorary degrees by different literary and social institutions including 'Awadh Award' by Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, 'Sahitya Samman' by Mr. Keshari Nath Tripathi, Governor of West Bengal, Vigyan Parishad Centenary Award by Mr. Shekhar Dutt, Governor of Chhattisgarh, ‘Best Couple Blogger of the Decade’, Honorary Doctorate by Vikramshila Hindi Vidyapeeth, Bhagalpur-Bihar, ‘Dr Ambedker National Fellowship’ Award by Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi.
